Terrible service here. Came in for a wire transfer and waited around for a banker for 30 minutes. They gave no notice on whether or not they could help me. They just pretended to be busy and walk around the store. Will probably be closing my Wells Fargo account after this experience. I get treated much better at Bank of America.

Waited for 20 minutes or longer and no service. I'm just trying to get a damn replacement card. No one was even in the branch totally understandable if there was people waiting but nothing.

I'm leaving Wells Fargo after 30 years due to one of the worst custmer service experiences I have ever had. There is a long story (and rant) behind this. However, I'll save my fingers from typing and simply say trying to get detailed local informtion on a home equity line of credit does not need to be this painful. Also Belana from Wells Fargo Home Mortgage needs to spend more time learning the importance of a "make things right meeting" instead of reminding people to like her Facebook page.

The worst bank ever in the area, no wonder there were no tellers work here, bad customer services, staff are being so rude, unhappy. It can't comparable with Chase at all.

Extremely disappointed with this branch and helping with fraud. My elderly grandmother had A LOT of money lost to horrible people taking advantage and we went through all the proper paperwork including the police report with the branch. Not only did we get told no money would be recovered for her BUT after we put her account on high alert with limits on her account, this branch let it happen AGAIN. Still no money recovered. We will be moving all accounts out of Wells Fargo. Warning to all those with elderly family members, they are of NO HELP.

KRIS NGUYEN is the BEST! I had a horrible customer service experience yesterday morning at Provident Credit Union (read more about that experience on their Yelp page) in Los Gatos and in a desperate attempt to save the day, my husband and I decided to give Wells Fargo a try. Luckily for us, there was an appointment open with Kris! Kris was able to do EVERYTHING for us! He set up our business checking, credit line, payroll services, checks/cards and online banking in under AN HOUR AND A HALF. Kris was incredibly fast, knowledgeable, professional and welcoming. There wasn't a question he couldn't answer, and he took his time to show us multiple options to ensure the best fit for our company. Overall, the contrast between our Provident Credit Union Los Gatos and Wells Fargo appointments were staggering. Kris erased all our stress and SAVED the DAY! We felt welcomed, appreciated and valued. I even got a follow up call this morning from his colleague, Saeed, to finalize more details from our meeting (also super professional + kind). We are beyond impressed with the entire process. Wells Fargo was the WAY TO GO. Thank you for supporting local small business!!!

We family went to safe deposit at WELLS FARGO and asian individual i wont memtion his name, he was asking us questions about our personal life, our whole family felt uncomfortable. i will be filing complain with wells fargo if we family will be harrased!

Iva at the customer relations dept. is the absolute best. I had some lifelong savings bonds that my mother gave to cash out that needed to be done quickly due to my wanting to buy a home. Where Bank of America totally failed me and quite literally told me to hit up as many of their branches as possible to cash all my bonds (as each branch would only accept ten at a time) Iva Informed me that it will take a little while but can be done in one visit to their branch. My bank is and will always be Wells Fargo. Thanks a million Iva!

I am so disappointed with the service of this branch. I know I will be closing my account. The service is low quality, the people lethargic and slow, with the exception of Joel. Joel is amazing. He knows what I want without my having to repeat myself. I don't have to ask twice and I get the verification I want. It's like he can read my mind. He's also super courteous and very professional. He's the only person keeping this branch alive. For the other individuals, some of them are very conceited, impolite, and frankly downright obnoxious. I don't even know how bankers can accomplish this but they could and they did so on multiple occasions. I'm done. Joel, please move to a different bank so I can visit you. Or teach other people how to do customer service. or just clone yourself. I'm just so amazed at the juxtaposition of this branch. I've never had better banking service elsewhere, and excluding Joel, I've never had worse banking service. I hope this place shuts down so people don't have to suffer anymore.

Don't trust these bankers. Before my CD mature date, I went there to get the quote for the latest rate and 2 separate personal bankers told me that the my CD will be automatically updated to the latest rate which is higher after the mature date and I don't need to do anything. But one month later after I received the new statement the rate was still the previous rate. When I came back to talk to them they refused to say that they quoted the other rate to me. It is a shame for a banker to lie to a customer who has been with them for years. There are at least 2 other banks nearby and I will definitely take my business somewhere else. DON'T WANT TO HAVE BUSINESS WITH THEM ANYMORE.
