@daniel at the pharmacy consultation counter was very helpful and answered my questions patiently. It was so nice of him to considerate and helped me save 40 bucks on a kit which I didn’t need at all to check for my issue :)

My son went there and got me Coconut water and
When I checked the expression dates it was 24 sep 23, it was expired in 2023 And he said he asked that The staff and the manager said it's not expired.It will expire in 2024 sep I was going to give it back but as my son told me that he did not set the receipt

I am giving this walgreens a 5 star because it's the best walgreen I know, but because of this lady at the photo counter, She was rude. When I asked for help, but overall, this is the best walgreens

I came here for a test and have been waiting for the last 40 minutes. They have the same counter for prescription pick-up and appointment check-ins which is not very efficient when they get busy!

Terrible attitude towards customers, the Chinese man at the checkout is very rude, ruined the mood for the whole day. I put the goods out of the basket and he told me in a commanding tone to put the basket back, I told him that I would now pay the money and put it in, he shouted at me and when he realized that I didn’t know English well and couldn’t answer him properly, he started laugh. Very bad service, I will never go there.

This is without a doubt the slowest pharmacy I've ever been to. It doesn't matter if there is one person in front of you or 10, you are going to spend at least 15 minutes waiting. I've stopped even being excited when I'm the first in line, because it makes no difference whatsoever.

Very poor customer service. I had a very bad cold and went there to get Benadryl tablets which doesn’t need any prescription. They asked me for ID which I forgot at home and you don’t need for that medicine even. I went back home 15 mins drive and came back. These time I went to other counter and they didn’t even ask me anything and they only told me you don’t need ID for these. I went to the guy back told him same he reacts like very rude. I go to these Walgreens since 2015 am seeing very bad customer service since couple of months unresponsive people at counter not even caring about people.If these is the case I suggest them to close instead of killing public by keeping waiting them in long lines at counters and with poor customer service. People come here for medications if anything like this happens and with bad customer service they even have chance to kill the people with half knowledge.

The pharmacists here can’t be any worse. They don’t even know how to check for the remaining refills. Different members kept giving me different refill numbers. I ran out of an important medicine because of their mess up. And they never request for additional refills to the dr’s office until you call them and ask them to. I wish the management looked at the feedbacks, and did something about it. But I am certain that the management does not care, and nothing will change.

They need hours to prepare simple prescriptions and don't expect to get anything if you come too close from closing time. They serve people until 8:59pm and not one minute later even if you are in line.
Workers always look unhappy and complain they are understaffed. Then hire and address customer concerns.

Their customer service is very poor. I came at 1:30 PM for small prescription which they had already received from doctor. They said please come back at 4:30 PM. Then I came at 4:30 PM they said come back at 7:30 PM as it is not ready. Then I came back at 8:00 PM and then they said they do not have pharmacist available. I need to wait or come back some time later.
I am sick and I had to visit multiple times to get one prescription.

Pharmacist is so rude!!!! Tried to charge me way too much for syringes for diabetes. I'll never be coming back here. This pharmacist needs to be fired.

JUST DON'T GO THERE.I went to pick my prescription after two hours from seeing my the health provider. Asked about if my prescription is ready and the pharmacist literally said "ok we will start to prepare your prescription, and please come back in 30 minutes". Excuse me? Shouldn't you be ready a lot earlier???

Rude staff and bad experience for vaccination.Booked an MMR&varicella vaccine appointment for immigration purpose. Staff didn't remind me of the risks of getting MMR vaccine before pregnancy, although I answered yes to the pregnancy question in the questionnaire. When I tried to double check with the staff (doctor?), she blamed me for not checking with my doctor before the appointment. And she couldn't use the shot for another patient because she had no MMR appointment on the same day. She pushed me to get the vaccine and even asked me getting green card is more important than having a baby. I rejected the shot after learning the risks. She walked out of the room straight away.
