I’d like to give a special shoutout to the young lady at the pharmacy. She took the time to submit my insurance info twice (the system was not cooperating) to make sure that I got as much discount as I could on my prescription refill. She did all this proactively without even asking! She went above and beyond despite working late on a Friday. Such a night and day difference to the other pharmacies I’ve been to. Thank you!

This is a review for Walgreens Pharmacy [Winchester, Santa Clara] and specifically for John the Pharmacist. He got my medication ready to pick up within 15 min of the Rx getting called in, and then quickly found in his computer all the drug plans and coupons I've ever used there and applied the one with the lowest price ... plus he's friendly, kind, and professional! I am SO glad this place is just a couple of blocks away from my home!

Went there to get garbage bags, it was last minute but we showed up at 950pm and the doors were already locked. Disappointing they don’t stick to their posted time.

I called tonight because my cousin bought me a gift card visa by vanilla for 135.- when I received it, it was not tampered and when I opened it, four of the numbers were scratched off. I called on Thursday at 8:30-8:35 pm to tell my story to a female employee who answered the phone. She told me that there is nothing they can do. I told her that this is a scam because it would have showed that it was tampered with. She wouldn't help me at all. She then got irritated with me and told me to get the receipt and call the customer service number and FU$K OFF. She then hung up on me. I've been in customer service for 23 years with Nordsrom and this is beyond unacceptable to be told that by an employee. Please do not shop here and do NOT buy these Vanilla Visa gift cards. They are unusable. I will definitely report these incidents to corporate. So this Morning I spoke with the store Manager Andrea and she said there is nothing she can do. Walgreens is selling FRAUDULENT cards and will not give you your money back. This will definitely be written up about. I am not one to let this go. People need to know what Walgreens and Vanilla Visa Cards are doing and this scam needs to stop!!! Shame on you for doing this to innocent people.

Customer for nearly 20yrs.No drive thru at this store.People make bad comments, during a very difficult time. We are lucky some people want to work with the public. I am greatful, for Walgreens staff, dealing with illnesses and inpatient customers, make sure you allow for anything to happen..

This review is for my vaccine appointment. This pharmacy is super efficient compared to the other Walgreens I've visited for vaccines. I was in and out in 20 mins. Fill out the questionnaire online if there's one and they'll print it out for you so you don't have to fill a paper form.

Avoid at all cost! Scheduled a flu shot and Tdap vaccine today and filled out the paperwork online. When I arrived, they didn't have the Tdap, so I was just going to get the flu shot. Then their printer wasn't working so I had to fill out the paperwork again for some reason. Then I wait more than 30 minutes for the flu vaccine because it was too cold apparently. THEN he put the bandaid on below where the shot was given and it bleed through to my shirt. Totally unprofessional but they were nice

I had the strangest experience with this Walgreens. The one plus I will give is that there is a huge parking lot, and it was easy to get to spot. I came here to get 8 gift cards. When I came to the front, the male cashier helped me. I asked him to double check if it was 8 gift cards. He was so rude he said, "I just scan it, I don't count. I assume you know what you want when you get here." Talk about rude, he just stood there while I counted them myself. Customer service here is non existent.

And the winner of Walgreens with best parking is. . . this one. I recently came to this Walgreens and it was a very pleasant experience. Everything I need to buy is in one central location. They seemed to step up their game a little by getting rid of the bad apples or maybe I came here on the day where the bad employees are off. Major win there because I got the professional customer service I need. If you are doing something nearby, this is the closest location for a Walgreens you can find. For anyone that wants a grab and go this is your location to consider. Drawback: During my most recent visit here, the item that I am looking for was not available so it's very vital plan ahead or you will be leaving the store empty handed. Yes, it was not pretty waiting for it to be restocked.
