My old ‘06 scion tc sat in the sun too long for many years and the paint started to get damaged on the trunk. Vu was able to get it painted and blended seamlessly with the rest of the car and it looked like new! He even gave me a discount and a car wash on the house! I am not one to write reviews, but VHD Autobody really went out of their way for my mom and I. A little background: my mom’s van is over 20 years old and has had various issues with it. Her old van holds a lot of sentimental value for our entire family, so we wanted to get it repaired.From the start, Vu and his wife were truly professional and very honest, so we left the van with him. While doing the dent repair, Vu gave me a call and said there was evidence of rodent damage under the hood (made sense because the dash was so lit up). He asked if I wanted to get it repaired, and if so, he would try to find a technician to fix it for us, which I agreed to.A week later, the van was ready – dent repaired, quiet dashboard, van was cleaned, and it ran as good as a 20-year-old Toyota would run… perfectly. The thing is, the story doesn’t even end here. After a few months, my mom’s daily driver had its catalytic converter stolen, so she was stuck with driving the van daily. It still runs perfectly, but one of the door handles broke off. I called up Vu, and he said he would find and replace the handle for my mom.Long story short: Vu really went out of his way for us, and I would not hesitate to recommend VHD Autobody to anyone. Vu and his wife were so pleasant to deal with, and this was by far, the best experience I’ve ever had with a body shop.Services: Body & Trim

You know what? If you do cash, you will still have carfax record. Thanks godThe 1inch gap is newly introduced after replacing bumper. It is said ordered from lexus Fremont. Reaching back to Vu, no more repair and fix. “It is still drive-able why you care?” When I asked copy of invoice, they denied and asked me to take photo by myself. Also he commented “you looks pretty but you are also very picky” in the end. It is so rude to judge one customer like this, especially female customer.

Poor customer service. Clearly the work is not well done but complaining it’s past problem that was not seen before. It’s fine if the new issue is identified as long as it can be explained well. But dodging around the issue and blaming customer picky instead is not a proper attitude and I would never recommend.

The 1inch gap is newly introduced after replacing bumper. It is said ordered from lexus Fremont. Reaching back to Vu, no more repair and fix. "It is still drive-able why you care?" When I asked copy of invoice, they denied and asked me to take photo by myself. Also he commented "you looks pretty but you are also very picky" in the end. It is so rude to judge one customer like this, especially female customer.

They provided excellent service for affordable price! They even provided the in/out clean for my car after fixed the parts! My car looked brand new after I went pick up. I almost didn't realize that was my car when I first walked in for pick up.

Best experience I ever had dealing with a bodyshop, and I deal with them a lot in my job. Was recommended to Vu by my mechanic, Tom, at Precise Automotive (also a great mechanic) and Vu took me through the process of dealing with my insurance company and getting them to pay out the full amount, which they were reluctant to do. The car looked great after he was done, brand new! He even detailed the inside! My other vehicle had an issue with the door not closing all the way and he fixed that on the spot in 15 mins, didn't even charge me for it!Services: Electrical

Our Toyota Sienna Minivan right sliding door caught corner of a work truck and dented the door near the bottom of the sliding door and scraped off the paint. Vu's straightened out the dent and repainted. The white paint on a 2004 sienna is 3-coat application and it looked great. You could not see the previous damage. Also, this happened about 6 years ago and the van still looks perfect in that spot. Great job.

The best body shop I have been with for 10 years!!! The body shop owner Vu is really nice guy and provides solid with professional attitude, responsible and reliable! Color matching is never a problem for him, sharp and experienced! Highly recommended!!
