The worst Verizon store I've been to. Unhelpful advice for fixing my phone. Activation system wasn't working and card reader wasn't working.

Pathetic customer service, the agents are rude, take you for ride, do not fulfill their commitments. I had a super bad experience of transferring my 4 lines from T-Mobile to Verizon. They did not provide the phone upgrade promo of $800 and $1000 for my iPhone X and iPhone 11 Pro Max respectively, gave a token $142 and $352!!!Checked with them multiple times, and answer was it will take time. For the last 3 days, the store is locked! And I am stuck with a bad deal!!

We had an 11AM appointment at the Victra Sunnyvale location - the store was closed when we arrived just before 11AM, despite the 12/26 hours showing a 10AM opening. We were there until *noon*, and it never opened (went to the grocery store next to it later in the day, apparently it never opened). The reason I was there for an hour was that while waiting, I contacted their chat support to set up an appointment elsewhere. The half-human/half-chatbot cyborg (more like 40/60, really) on the other end took *40* minutes just to set up another appointment at the Santa Clara location for 4PM. We got there just before 4 and . . . it was closed. There was a hand-written sign on the door saying that it would open at 4PM; we stayed until 4:30PM and nobody ever showed. For there to be a handwritten sign, someone had to be at the store today so there's no plausible excuse. Don't waste your time with a Victra outlet; just go to an actual Verizon store where you can expect that (gasp!) the doors will actually open.

DO NOT COME HERE - very unreliable and they are never open, even if you schedule an appointment. I initially scheduled an appointment at this Victra Verizon location in Santa Clara. Upon arriving during my appointment on time and waiting a good amount of time, the doors were locked and no one was inside. I thought this was strange so I called Verizon corporate to ask about my appointment and they said that they did not see my appointment for some reason, but they did see records of me scheduling one earlier with another CSR. Decided to give them a second chance, maybe something fell through because I didn't get an email confirmation the first time, so scheduled another appointment and requested & got email confirmation this time. Upon showing up for my second appointment, same thing again, doors locked, no one in the store, no sign. I knocked very loudly because I've seen employees hang out in the back in other stores before when I've waited, still nothing. Why keep your doors locked? If you are closed or have issues, then leave up a sign. If you need to catch your lunch break or whatever at least let us enter the store to wait - we dont mind waiting. There's a problem when it looks like the store isn't even open, despite what the store hours say and having receipt of a scheduled appointment. Pretty miserable with my experience at Verizon Victra. It is extremely hard to get several family member's availabilites in sync to come for an appointment during store hours. We had to jump through several hoops to get everyone on board for these appointments, which both failed. The wasted time is not trivial, now we have to go through this effort a third time. While Verizon service has been great throughout our time using it, the in-store experience is absolute garbage. For any new customers, be warned that you'll have to try at least 3 times to get a successful in-person appointment. The other Verizon stores are shady as well (check Yelp, Google reviews), but definitely avoid Verizon Victra in Santa Clara

Manager was just unprofessional not help without any good reason. At 4.15 pm she says to close the store at 5.00 pm when online it says clearly open till 7.00. Guess y- had to go home to cook.

People who show up to this store expecting a 10 minute fix for a phone are NUTS- this kind of customer in the store almost every time I'm here and I'm so sorry for the staff, who are understaffed. THIS LOCATION IS AWESOME IF YOU ARE A REASONABLE PERSON SERIOUSLY THE BEST VERIZON I'VE BEEN TO. There's a Verizon closer to my house but I always just come here. For this review I was in the store on November 23rd and December 7th, both excellent visits. I want to give a huge shout out to Jesse and Thomas they spent about 10 minutes getting me a plan that saves me about $20 a month! Also there was a really friendly new guy that helped me with Jesse and I think he's learning from the best (his name is Justin) thank you for the wonderful staff you have hired here! If you're smart, 1. Obviously don't use the website it sucks, duh 2. Set a block of time to come to this location because they WILL give you good service, if you treat them kindly 3. BE NICE

Picked up my IPhone 13 ProMax today. Did not have to wait to get service and the staff members of the store were all courteous. My primary sales person was Darien - who was very knowledgeable on the phone I was getting and he also maximized my trade-in of an older IPhone. No complaint, but full of praise!

Darien was super helpful and his customer service was amazing. Super professional and great with clients. He really helped me and my fiancé trade in and upgrade our phones and was very quick too!

Ordered on Verizon.com - requested in-store pick. Gave me this location (Saturday, 10.2) . My work phone won't charge and needed a replacement asap. Verizon.com and online showed the location open. Waited hours, and no notice from the store the order was ready. Out on errands so I decided to drop by the store. Was pretty surprised to find the store completely closed. No note on the door about adjusted hours, nothing. Ridiculous and a complete waste of my day waiting for a phone that was never going to be ready. Not coming back here.

Manager was knowledgeable, helpful, patient, and friendly. Process took some time as it was complex, but he made the calls and got everything working. Porting a phone number got tense, but he had the contacts to assure it worked out.Thanks.

Beware of this place. They lied to me to make $20.I went to this store thinking that it was a regular Verizon store (not an authorized retailer) because I needed help activating my phone and was told that the regular stores do it for free.When I asked for help with the activation, the employee on shift, Jose, told me it would be a $20 fee for setup. I asked him if the store was one of the main Verizon stores and he assured that it was. Surprised, I told him about how I heard that activation was free at the main stores, to which he replied he "didn't know".I was about to go through with the activation and pay the fee when I spotted "Victra" on his name tag (though it was hardly anywhere else in the store, if it was at all) and figured out that I was lied to. I decided not to do the activation and will find an actual Verizon store to do it.

EJ was hella chill, polite and helpful. When he was alone with me, my dad, and 2 other men, he kept his cool and went back and forth, helping all of us.My problem is the store is small, and has 1 little table for 4 people to sit at, so if you plan of transferring data over from an old device onto a new one, it takes FOREVER, so there's nothing much to do and if that table is taken, you may just have to sit in your car or something... although it may be because of the pandemic...
