We came here to mail passports for several times. The staff are so helpful and professional! They took care of all the details pretty well! They are willing to help and answer all questions. Great people!

Staff(Asian female with long hair) is so rude and non-cooperative. Zero star. Better to avoid this place if you don’t wanna waste your time. I went to Milpitas one before and the staff there was much better.

If I could give 0 stars I could. By all means avoid this post office. Staff is incredibly unprofessional. Efficiency is non-existent. Not to mention basic manners. Just 20 min I witnessed several examples:
a mom and son checking package status, they straight up said bar code is damaged and threw back package, leaving them helpless;
an old lady inquiring about a package mailed to her daughter, straight up said: if you don’t have a receipt, we cannot help you. Despite her having the tracking number;
As for me, I put “from” and “to” in wrong position on envelope, they told me this is unacceptable, I need to purchase their envelope and re-do it; and oh, “20 pages of letter size paper” is too big for envelope. I need to send it as a package. After I did it, they typed the destination in their system, printed a label, stuck it on, and covered my writing anyway!
They are trying to get the process as complicated and unenjoyable as possible for every customer, instead of trying to help people.
Absolutely my all means avoid this place. I tried the Mountain View usps last time and it was much much better!

The employees here are rude and unfriendly. I secretly drive from office to drop off 5 min before close time. The Asian face male officer said my box used wrong and asked me to buy one. I said I have one in my car but he refused and let me come tomorrow as front door was already closed. I am so confused as 1. why he can wait me if I buy a new one. 2. there are still several customers under service so if I pick up my own and come back, I will not let he wait for me. 3. He is not in service so my behavior will not affect him. Thus my conclusion is he just don’t want. It is not “not allowed” just decide by himself. I feel I’m not get appreciated enough in this place. Other customers also help me doing a favor but he pretended nothing happen on his poker face. I also feel bad on he easily said just come tomorrow. He doesn’t know my situation and my work time. How can he say so in an unpleasant way? Doesn’t he know “could you” as a service people? Luckily a nearby office still open and I dropped off there. Maybe my gas expense already cover a new box fee, but definitely I will not pay any extra money on this location. Unfortunately, usps is lack of workers. You will still see this guy in the future. So just avoid this place. There is reason this location has the lowest score!

I urge potential customers to consider other locations if they wish to avoid discrimination. A USPS employee with long black hair treated Asian clients with contempt and rudeness. She offered no assistance, responding ‘I don’t know’ to inquiries and berating mistakes instead of providing guidance. Her behavior was unprofessional and unacceptable. There was no one else to report this to at the time.

The female staff with long black hair was so condescending with us! We were there for our 2-month old son’s passport appointment, she blamed us for her ambiguous instructions and made rude assumptions and judgments.
Totally agree if you don’t like your job, please quit.

Only accept debit/cash but don’t have change for cash lol
The workers seems to hate their job and have a very condescending tone. I hope USPS make sure they don’t work there anymore.
