These postal workers take so much abuse from customers, but they always help people to the best of their ability! Every time I've had some complicated question or didn't know how to mail something, they've helped me out. I come to this location for all my USPS needs.

The moment you decide to have a service with USPS, you shall have your finger crossed. They route your package to wrong address and refuse to correct. You will be asked to fix it in person and when you arrive, there is nothing you can do. Then why bother get customer there? Thank you for wasting my life. Bravo Bravo good job

The self serve area is closed as early as the main desk. All of this is pretty useless for USPS customers.

I really like having a local post office but I have had nothing but trouble with this one. Packages ate mark delivered before they are delivered and if the reg mailman is off.. it is a hit or miss if they come. And you always have to deal with 800 number hardly ever get anyone here directly.

Terrible experience with this couple standing behind me. Super disrespectful and mannerless. I had to fill out a couple forms prior to sending out my package and the USPS employee told me to go to the next available window once I am done, so I won’t need to line up again. Right when I was doing that, this couple started yelling at me to line up and said what I was doing was unfair. I explained that I was just following employee’s instructions but they did not care. Most probably their brains are damaged or they can’t understand simple english🤷🏻♀️ Management/employees also did not take any actions although they heard/saw the whole thing.

The parking at this location is a nightmare. Times to access the po boxes or use kiosk are very inconsistent if outside of standard hours & days.

I went there and was greeted by a friendly lady. Basic mailing services were good and fast to process. I didn’t use other services so cannot comment on them. Removing 1 star since the place has limited parking space, and it can be quite crowded on Monday/Tuesday. There is a mall nearby and you may want to park there instead.

Friendly and efficient staff. If you’re here for passport services, they only accept walk ins on Fridays and only the first 15 or so people in line. So if you’re not there before 8am probably don’t bother. Make an appointment online instead and it’s a lot faster. Come in 10-15min before your appt time and it’s all done in 15min. Make sure your photocopies are B&W otherwise it’s $1.15 per page if they help you make copies.

Today is Martin Luther King Day and they really should say online that the self-service area is closed for this holiday. Several people have been playing in and out because online it says that they're still open., Guess I don't know how to do a new review but this place is very busy before closing so it's important to get there maybe around 4:30 latest
