I stopped by this store yesterday to print some documents for my passport renewal and courier. Drey was incredibly helpful, he guided me through the notary process and made everything easy to understand, especially since it was my first time doing something like this here. He was kind and patient throughout the whole process.

It took me 4 times visiting this location because the notary does not know what forms to send, or even how to fill them out correctly once you inform them it is incorrect! Meanwhile, because this delayed the process 2 weeks. I lost $20k in stocks because stocks could not be sold until notary filled out the jurat form correctly! They went down that much in 2 weeks! I will NEVER go to. Or rec the UPS Store to anyone, ever again! Shame on you guys! They are NOT world-class as they think they are!

I have needed a notoriety for a few things lately and they always have one available and they don't charge a crazy amount...so very helpful.I've also returned some Amazon items there...very easy process. Staff are friendly and always helpful.
