I have needed a notoriety for a few things lately and they always have one available and they don't charge a crazy amount...so very helpful.I've also returned some Amazon items there...very easy process. Staff are friendly and always helpful.

Moved to the area at the top of year. This is the closest location. Positives first. It's very clean and in order. Workers are very knowledgeable. I usually have Amazon returns but have needed to print and scan on occasion. Everyone is nice. Seems to be the same few people working there. Negatives. Too many times Iv had to wait in line a long time because there's only one person working. Maybe just part of life but it makes me hesitant to go.

I was here to get passport photograph clicked and notary services. Please do not take photographs from here. The picture had shadow included in it and was hence rejected by the passport services. Notary service was pretty good.

I only use UPS stores to drop off packages. I ship about one per day, on average. I normally go to a different location, but went here one day around 2pm, because it was on my way to Costco. I had a prepaid Next-Day Air package to ship. They scanned it in and I left. The next day I found out that they never gave the package to the driver. So my package was late and my customer, who specifcally bought my item because I could ship it next day, was mad. I won't be back.

I've been here couple times and usually the line is short and service is decent and efficient, but they can be pricy if you forgot the tape home or other small office supplies.
