It is bit ridiculous to pick up my husband package. I have tracking number, his driver license, and my driver license with the same address. But my last name is not matching. No way to pick up the package.
The corporate office said the store should give me the package if my id has the same address. One clerk there is lack of knowledge and unfriendly.

The customer service here is exceptionally kind, patient, and polite. Everyone goes above and beyond to assist customers. I previously had a negative experience at another UPS location (which is near to my place) with an Amazon return, where they pressured me to purchase a box for a "No Box/No Label Needed" return. However, at this location, they handled the return smoothly and without any hassle. This has become my go-to UPS store.

Went here for photo service for the kids. They do a variety of photo dimensions not just US passport. Sally and Harpreet are super helpful especially in comforting the kiddo
