I used UPS in Santa Clara.

They are much more friendly than other locations I've used. And they always explain promotions like this carefully. It must be a pain for UPS employees to have to say the same thing to customers every time. But they always provide good service to customers and never make them feel like it's a pain. Please give them a compliment.

I made a brochure and it’s my first time creating one. This was a rough draft and I just wanted to see how it formatted and how it looks. Being a total noob I was off a bit. Nolan went above and beyond with helping me resize and format the brochure. Yes there is still lots of work To do but Nolan really was a great help that day

Convenient Amazon returns unless you need to print a label. $3 required to connect to their wifi, then pay per page for printing services. Plus, you need to bring your own tape because they charge for that too if you need more than one piece. Staff is hit and miss... some are not very friendly but others are fantastic. Still not sue why they charge to access the wifi for printing. I'll do my printing at FedEx for 20 cents per page and FREE guest wifi.
