I wanted new custom stone countertops for my bathrooms remodel. Gus is the easiest person to work with and like his fabricator and installer he knows his stuff and I am very pleased with the final result for the two vanity tops. Highly recommend.

This is not the largest tile shop, but the customer service is great and the quality of their inventory is good as well. I really enjoyed working with Gus, he was very patient as it took me many samples, and much time to make my selections. I will definitely come back for our next project as we’ve had bad experiences with other shops in the past.

5 stars for the best customer service from Gus - we went to many tile stores and Gus was the best: attentive, helpful, and friendly :) Unfortunately, this store didn't have the tile we wanted, the best tile here was a beautiful white-gray, while we wanted for the same look but in a warmer tone. Still, I wanted to write a review because we were very impressed by Gus and next time might get the gray tile we saw here!

Thank you Yelpers for finding this awesome store. Gus is simply remarkable. Needed a remodel of a 70's built townhouse but on a budget. Gus helped us find gorgeous but affordable quartz that we used in our kitchen and baths. We had their terrific team do all the installation. Gus is excellent communication and kept me updated about the materials and options for updates. Used them to remodel upstairs bathroom and couldn't be more delighted with outcome, quality of work and professionalism of his team. They arrived as scheduled and were super respectful of the property and cleaned up after themselves. HIGHLY recommend this business and shout out to Gus!

The service I received here was top notch. I've had to work with many stores for my remodel and this was by far the most seamless experience I had. First off, their tiles are beautiful. I'm pretty picky about tile designs and I couldn't find any styles I liked at other stores. When I got here, I saw so many tiles I loved and could've went with. Second, I was not rushed to pick up my order at all. A lot of places will require you to pick up your items within 10 days and this place never rushed me once. They emailed me to tell me my stuff was here and another call to let me know when my contractor was picking it up. Third, they were so nice to send me pictures of my tiles when I asked. I was nervous because I wasn't the one picking up the tiles and I wanted to make sure they were ok. Highly recommend!! Thank you Gus for helping me with my order :)

It was a pleasure working with Gus and the other folks at Tile & Stone Central. They had what I needed, they are knowledgeable, they did a great job answering all my questions, and they were extremely helpful in arranging to get something on short notice for me. No sales pressure at all; I felt like their only concern was to be helpful. Outstanding selection. My highest recommendation!

We just upgraded our kitchen countertops to quartz. I could not have asked for a better experience. We worked with Gus in selecting the quartz and scheduling the installation. Gus made great suggestions on how to save $$ and was honest if we were better off going through another source for some project materials. Communication was excellent with material selection, scheduling and during the project. Tile & Stone Central removes old countertops which is not offered by many granite and quartz installers. It was really helpful to have one contractor do the demolition/fabrication/installation as this minimized kitchen downtime and not have the hassle of coordinating with multiple contractors. The team who did the work are very conscientious and detail oriented professionals who take pride in their work. There was not enough material near the window and the team had a very creative solution and that was to create a windowsill with leftover remnants and it looks great! Our new quartz countertops are beautiful and we are very happy with the whole experience. We have future home projects and will go back to Tile & Stone Central.

I came in for new kitchen floors and I was so impressed with their inventory!! They had everything I was looking for. Modern, chic and reasonably priced!!! The owner Gus was so amazing and helped me pick out the perfect tile. I had a certain budget that I wanted to stay under and he was extremely HELPFUL & PATIENT with me. And we found a few options that would work with my dream kitchen!!!! I would highly recommend this place and it will now be my go-to spot for kitchen and bath supplies!

Gus and Jennifer were both super helpful. Being open late in sundays is also clutch here. There's a lot of tile and stone options here, less so much on fixtures and cabinets but they have so much tile, stone, countertops, backsplash that you'll totally find something you like. They are super friendly here, willing to go the extra mile (even drove to Oakland to help us secure parts we needed).

Gus was very helpful in the store with our selections and connected us with an installer who was amazing. He was creative in trouble shooting some issues peculiar to our kitchen space. Highly recommend this company.
