I wanted to come up here and say this place will lowball you. One of my very good friends went to this location to sell her pops they no longer wanted. Their pops were never opened, sealed, in mint condition and just brand spanking new. The pop plug looked at the pops my friend brought in and wanted to only offer $5 each when they were retailed $30 a pop. These types of pops that she brought in would resell at a higher price point and pop plug knew that. What a shame that they missed out on this opportunity. They were completely unprofessional and not even worth your time or gas!

Randomly saw this place when on the way to get groceries. It's nice to finally find a place with a lot of pops to choose from both new and open boxes. I'm not a collector but I enjoy the pops. The staff are attentive and helpful. I was able to find a couple I like and bought them. I took a picture of the place and shared it to my family. They can't wait to check the place out.

I'm not really into pops anymore, and when I decided to start downsizing, this place has been a godsend. The location is awesome. It's located in one of the biggest plazas in Santa Clara off Scott right next to a Sprouts. Parking is easy. In addition to being a solid place to purchase Funko Pops (as well as sneakers, and restoring them as well), it's a heck of a place to sell them. In the month of July alone, I've brought in bins of pops (both rare and common) and got close to $1800 immediately to my PayPal. My only complaint is they don't take everything. I have two highly valued Splash Mountain funkos to unload, and they won't take them because they have some more sitting on the shelves. So I get it, but it's still a complaint from me. The other tough thing is that any pop valued under $20 (Pop Price Guide) will net you a $1. $5 is better than $1 any day, but yeah, you have to decide if you wanna let those pops sit at your house and take space, or possibly list it on eBay yourself and not let it move. So I'll take the dollar. The other rough thing is that they're super stringent on condition. I've taken fantastic care of my pops and while I wouldn't classify everything as a Gem Mint 10, I've been knocked on value sometimes because pops are damaged. In fact, most of the pops on shelves at the store have a damaged sticker. As far as buying goes, the pops right in front of the register aren't organized, but they're well kept stocked, and as you explore the store they get better organized. Obviously rarer stuff are behind lock and key, but the service here is pretty awesome and they all seem to be chill people. They even have an iPad you can use to search anything, and if you can't find it, they'll help you. When I decide to complete my Conan collection I'll definitely buy them here. Oh yeah, if you're buying an Overwatch pop, it's probably mine. I pretty much gave them a full lot. :)

The place is pretty cool, there's so many pops there but I don't know about the prices.. it feels a bit overprice like above ppg value.. if you have money to spend and need to finish your collect, pretty sure they'll have what you're looking for. I don't recommend this place to trade and sell your funko pops, I understand they need to make money too but it's below pricing of what they will offer you so I don't think it's worth your time trying.

I honestly walked in for the Funko Pop, have not checked the kicks side yet. Went for the first time and the service was really phenomenal, I asked questions and had a good gander but missed a lot. Walked out with purchases the first time and as well walked out with another my second go around because I'm a Hawkeye fan and got this insteadof looking on Amazon. Thank you guy's ?!!!

We recently starting collecting some Funkos. I came across this place and went there in January. Hands down the best place to find almost any and every Funko. The prices range from high to low depending on condition and rarity. I couldn't decide on just one, so bought 2. I plan to go back soon for sure!

This place is cool. They sell Nike sneakers and have a lot of funko pops. But here's the thing.....we bought a funko and they have walls and shelves full of them. You pick the funko you want then they get you one from the back. I thought that was weird. He comes back with the "same" funko but its missing the sticker on the box, and it had marks on it. TOTALLY SKETCH!!!! I told the guy that I want the funko I picked out not one from the back. BEWARE of these guys. They tried to give me a funko without the special edition sticker on it but charge me more as if I was buying the funko with the sticker.If you don't know anything about funkos.....they're are the same funkos but are limited or have stickers on them. I won't be shopping here no more. Be careful when you go here.
