They damaged my son‘s bike during service. It’s only half a year old and we didn’t have any problems but brought it for regular maintenance. Now he can’t use it to race.
Edit: They fixed it.

Not the most knowledgeable staff, when I asked if they had any saddle bottle mounts, they told me that they straight up don't exist.

The sales staff wasn't too interested in trying to help my wife find a bike that she loved. In fact they turned off the lights on us while we were looking at bikes! Didn't feel welcome at all. Went to a competitor and bought her a bike there.

Not bad, not great. 2.5 stars. Brought bike in for some work and tune-up, they had it for 4 days, came to pick up and I had to remind them to replace the chain, had to show the receipt that I paid for it, and when I’ve had a tune-up before the gears were more sharply reactive. Just doesn’t look or feel as good as when I’ve had it done at other places. If I have to show my receipt to make sure someone does the work I paid for, that’s not good. The small details are what make the big picture.

I came in on a whim to potentially get a second bike. I was impressed by their selection and how great their prices were. I couldn’t resist picking something up while I was there. They were great in helping me and the lady went out of her way to help me make a decision. She gave me two bikes to test ride and they’ve got a parking lot to ride around in. Ultimately went back in and picked up a 20” bmx bike. The guy working at the station helped to install pegs and adjusted my seat perfectly. The whole rest of the day I’ve just been riding. Thank you guys!

I love how they discount repairs if you go to them after you buy one of their bikes. Sometimes they even give you free repairs!

Have to give them five stars. I needed a pressfit bottom bracket removed and they were able to fit me in and get me on my way quickly for a fair price.
