Worst after sales experience… I would change my review if they sell me the one watch link they promised and then they would never return the call and then said all sales are final and as is….
I will NEVER buy or recommend them at all. This is the absolute truth. They offered a link for 300.00 and then would not come through and ignored me ti this day. Horrible customer service…

Writing for a friend since she does not have a YELP account! "We want to thank Chinmay for showing us the rings that we were looking at! They had a whole selection of beautiful rings but we had our heart set on Verragio. He was very patient with us and made sure that all our questions were answered and requirements met. The Verragio engagement ring and wedding bands we wanted were not on display so we had to special order them. The wait was a bit longer than estimated but it was well worth it! Beautiful design and great customer service! Thank you to the gentleman who we picked up the rings from as Chinmay was off that day! We are ready for our next chapter!"

At first, we had a good experience trying out the different wedding bands. A wide selection of diamonds, and the service was good. We placed an order at the of November and were told that the bands would arrive before Christmas. Well Christmas passed and we still didnt get our tings or any follow up. They told us our rings were going to get here January 1st. What made me upset about my experience is that they never followed up or gave us any kind of updates, it was always me calling to ask for updates. We finally got our rings at the end of january. I wished this experience wouldnt have added more stress on top of the wedding planning. I had to call 5+ times with no exact answer on when I would get my bands. The wedding rings arrived 15 days before the wedding date.

I had planned to shop around 3 malls for a particular woman necklace, unfortunately I was to picky and was budgeted, although I came across the diamond ring company quantity jewelry, and purchased a beautiful bracelet, they had the end of the year spirit and I was happy to walk away with my offer, I will be coming in soon for more.

I have nothing but great things to say about my experiences and about the staff here! They are all so kind, especially Sean who I worked with personally and getting exactly what I wanted. I was very indecisive and came back the next day to pick up the ring I bought but I saw an even better ring, and Sean did the absolute most to cancel the order and get me on my way with the ring I really wanted. Absolutely amazing, I will come back!!!

My experience at the Diamond Ring Co. was very easy and enjoyable thanks to Ahmed. Ahmed was friendly and knowledgeable about everything I was interested in. He helped me find exactly what I wanted and was pressure free when I decided to give other places a try (diamond ring co. Was the first place I visited). When I Eventually made my way back to the store, Ahmed was very welcoming and ready to pick up where we left off. I made my purchase and went home a happy lady!
