My husband and I have been living at the Carlyle for 8 years now. This is such an amazing community. The management is super helpful right from the girls at the leasing office( Madian and Meghan) to the maintenance guys( Jesus and victor). They’ve been very prompt and efficient with any queries. Pamela has been responsive and makes sure everything falls in place. Overall outstanding customer service. I highly recommend the Carlyle.

The staffs from the leasing office are all super nice. However, the clubhouse and the gym have been under reconstruction for about 1.5 years, and nobody knows when it will be done. People cannot use the gym, guesthouse, and all other facilities at the clubhouse perpetually. Plus, the contractor occupied some part of the parking lot for junk removal. It WAS a nice place to live in, but I'm not sure it is now.

Pamela Petersen's customer service made the whole experience of working with The Carlyle a great option versus the sea of apartments available. A real treat in often overlooked customer service!

Good experience, stayed here in a quiet apartment (villa style with garage under), conveniently located in the heart of Silicon Valley yet in a more natural and relaxed setting (Ulistac forest is next door, Guadalupe River trail in the back), away from the highways. I appreciate the staff they have, the office manager Pamela went above and beyond to help and assistant manager Jenly made the leasing application a breeze. Neighbors were friendly.

I want to say thank you to Madian for her excellent service and assistance during my apartment search and leasing process with “The Carlyle”. Madian was very professional, courteous, and responsive throughout the whole experience. The apartment was spacious with a unique layout that met my needs and preferences very well. Madian helped answer all my questions patiently and thoroughly, and she explained the leasing terms and conditions clearly and transparently. She also helped me with the documentation and paperwork in a timely and efficient manner. Madian made the whole process very smooth and stress-free for me.Thank you again for your dedication and support! I am very happy with my new home at Carlyle.

We've been living here for 5 months and have only great things to say about the property. It is well maintained, and the management team is always supportive and make sure things are resolved in a quick and efficient manner.The property manager (Pamela Petersen) goes above and beyond to make sure our experience living in The Carlyle is the best possible.

The gym has under maintainance for almost 1 year. I called in March and they told me it would be ready by the end of May. Now it's already in August, and they told me it would be ready in December. That means for more than 1.5 year (they started furnishing at some point in last year), we cannot use the gym. It is awful and terrible experience.So, don't move to this apartment until they reopen their gym, otherwise, you need to spend 150+ dollar every month to find other gyms and drive to there and work out.

First year here has been pretty smooth and great . Second year is a disaster , The Gym and the Main Entrance have been under construction for almost a year . Every month there is a project that lasts weeks and weeks with all the noise, dust and inconvenience and the outcome is worse than what was previously there . A planting project for example removed all the plants from the hallways piled the soil on the sides and just sat there for weeks. I am not really sure what they are trying to do here.
