Sal is the biggest slimiest car salesman you will ever meet. as soon as you see him you will know what im talking about. this guy is the saul goodman of car salesman. he buys the cheapest trashiest cars he can at auctions and then ONLY uses the cheapest backyard mechanics he can find to install the cheapest walmart batteries and chinese ebay parts that are going to fail after the car has been sold. unless you want your car to break down on you 2 months after you bought it from sal goodman becuase of brake parts made in pakistan i would trust a bigger nicer dealership

From the daughter of a small town, family owned auto repair, I can't stress enough the significance of trust in the automotive field and trust is the single factor why we decided to go with Sal for the purchase of a new vehicle for our daughter. We have purchased many vehicles in the past through conventional dealerships, Costco and private sales. Nothing has compared to our experience with Sal. I've known Sal for a decade through work. Sal is a genuine person that I would not second guess. I reached out to Sal letting him know we wanted a new Hybrid Camry for our daughter. He advised the pricing he'd be able to secure. He asked the model and color we wanted and *bamb* he called & said ok - got it! We picked up the vehicle the next day. When we arrived at the dealership to pick up the vehicle, it was fully detailed sitting at the front ready for us to pick-up. No negotiating, no being bombarded with salesmen, no hassle. When my parents had their auto repair, customers would often say that having a trustworthy auto repair was more important than picking a dentist... same concept with auto purchase and an oral surgeon. It's an important decision that doesn't take place frequently. Coming out of a large purchase with no regrets, no wondering or questioning if we were suckered or taken advantage of. When word-of-mouth referrals/recommendations come from tried & true customer experiences, you know you found a good one! Give Sal a call.

The Car Consultants are awesome. After placing a deposit down at Stevens Creek, I was told that I had a 6 week wait before I could get the Tacoma I wanted. I spoke with Sal at The Car Consultants on a Wednesday night and on Thursday he found the Tacoma I wanted. On Friday I was driving my new Tacoma. No delay, big savings and a No hassle purchase.

I was wandering around from dealership to dealership looking for a car without much luck. While doing this, I quickly discovered that the dealerships were woefully understaffed and profoundly committed to making up for opportunity lost due to the Covid crisis. When I could get someone to help me, it quickly became clear that they knew very little about their product and were more interested in whether I would qualify for a loan considering the steep ascent of interest rates. When they found out that I was all about a cash deal they would simply say, "here is our inventory, here is our price, here is our markup, here is our premium, oh excuse me, someone is calling me, tell me what you decide, goodbye!" And with that--left to my own devices--I simply left. I left without a look inside the locked vehicle or a test drive. I can live without most of those observational and social car buying amenities--its not my first rodeo--but I at least want to tell the salesmen what I am looking for; not what they think I should be looking for. And without even an offer to test drive a similar model, I thought what the heck, Ill see if I can find a broker who could find me what I wanted. I found such an agent in Morgan Hill. He was recommended to me by my best friend and local merchant who puts integrity and customer service at the top of his priority list. That broker was Sal Mosto, CEO of The Car Consultants. I called him, told him what I wanted, and within just a few hours he had me 3 choices, each of which was many thousands of dollars under the dealership price. Now, I am acutely aware of the challenges facing the dealerships, but I also know that moving inventory is paramount to getting cars the following year. A broker can be a mitigating factor to the competitive nature of a dealership for acquiring future inventory. It is this ability to move inventory that brokers are a vital link to car sales. They can leverage your dollars and get you great deals. Sal Mosto and his company are veterans at this and I am driving a brand new Toyota Highlander. I couldn't be happier. I've been buying new and used cars from Sal for over two decades. Today he delivered to my home a new 2023 Toyota RAV4 . We ordered the car in advance with no deposit required and weeks later it arrived. Sal arranged the financing , drove the car over at my convenience , handled the paperwork in my kitchen and spent 90 minutes helping me set up apps via bluetooth and walking me through each option in detail. Probably, the easiest and most stress-free car purchase in my lifetime. I will never buy a car without calling owner, Sal Mosto , first. Very dependable and friendly auto broker.

Sal had a used 2011 BMW 328xi listed equipped exactly as I wanted it. Once I saw it, I had to have it. Sal sold it to me at a very reasonable price and made sure that the car was spotless, and the only mechanical issue was dealt with without my asking. He made the transaction very easy, and I would highly recommend doing business with Sal. The experience was great; the complete opposite of the painful experience with most dealers.

Sal worked with my budget and schedule, so everything was able to be finalized on the same day. I am so happy with my car and amazed at how quickly the process was. He was quick to respond and gave all of the details of the car including the carfax. I highly recommend buying a car through car consultants!

Our experience with Sal Musto and the Car Consultants could not have been any better! We didn't spend one minute inside a dealership! We told Sal what we were looking for, he found it, did all of the paperwork and had the car delivered to our home within the week we started. Sal is awesome all around. What can I say?! He was able to find the car that I wanted in less than 24 hours and delivered on every aspect. The best is that he got me a great deal on the vehicle.
