Very unprofessional they asked to check my receipt while everyone else walked out the door if they’re going to have security, they should at least check everyone’s receipt not just one individual.. also, if there workers undercover, it’s not right I was being follow in the makeup section like if I was gonna steal and I fell harassed by this worker by being follow inside the store

The robocheckers were down, and only a few humans to cash us out. The place was clean and well organized. Lines were a bit long, but the checkers were quick and friendly

Very long line to the cashier or to self checkout. Very slow in reacting to the need. Starbucks does not have any chairs to sit around or to chill. That is why gave a very low rating.

Discovered Target Optical about 3 years ago and I am very impressed. The staff in all interactions has been first rate, knowledgeable, and helpful to guide you to what YOU want. And, of course, excellent prices.

Consistent challenges with this store. Never enough cashiers or enough self service check out registers. Long lines and painful process of waiting. Seems like management should wake up and figure out a solution to improve the customer experience. . Target experience leaves a lot to be desired. Extremely low rating for customer effort, net promoter, and overall satisfaction.

Review on TargetPlus Points:*Good location (along El Camino Real rd. near a bus stop)*Bought my iphone 12 and Airpods there.*Excellent staff service :Lorraine provides stellar customer service. She had to hunt for the only 2 sets left in the store for me. There were two other gentlemen (spoke Spanish fluently), both excellent service too!Challenges:*I think when people complain about customer services or the store, they tend to forget how incredibly challenging store work is. If there is a small problem and we as a customer can deal with it with frankly minimum inconvenience, i say just let that go and not write a nasty review here. The staff are not out to get you. I think when you are a nice customer, you usually don:t get terrible service. Can I get an Amen?
