I recently visited the Swarovski store and was disappointed by the level of service I received. One of the Sales which don't seem liking the job that he's getting, is uninterested and unwelcoming, which really took away from the experience.

This is the worst Swarovski I visited so far. The staff is rude and talks in derogatory tone.

The staff doesn’t allow me to walk as they moped the floor. enjoy ruining people’s mood.
