Must say they went up to bat for me from the salesman to the man who wrote up the paperwork to the GM who went above and beyond for meI had a trade in that was decent and I was upside-down on it and they worked there magic and I was able to drive home in this nice ride. THE WIFE LOVES IT.

NEVER buy anything from this place.Horrible experience with these people. Bought a $43K used (2020) vehicle and they wanted to up-charge so many things. No thank you was not what they wanted to hear when they are trying to sell you their extended warranty (they call it something different). So eventually flat out told the guy "NO." He rudely commented, "Well I guess you can pay for it when it breaks." I almost didn't buy the car! But did anyway. Drove the car off the lot to notice the gas tank was empty...19 miles to empty. Drove right back and made them put gas in it! Who sells a car with an empty tank? Doesn't matter if it's used or not, at least have the courtesy to put in some gas.

I have purchase a few cars in my lifetime and I must say that Zaynep was the Absolutely best salesperson ever. She was very kind, patient and knowledgeable about the vehicle that I purchased. And I definitely can’t leave out the Finance Manager, David Solorzano, what an awesome guy, who provided stress free financing, with a great sense of humor. I will definitely be referring family and friends to this dealership.

Came to the dealership to just look at cars and Shahin was amazing! His customer service was above and beyond and treated me as a person and not a sale! His professionalism was outstanding and was honest and upfront the whole time! He is the reason why I came back to get a car, if it wasn’t for him I would have gone to another dealership! I have been loyal to Steven Creek Infiniti for car servicing for seven years. However, since the store relocated a few years ago, the quality of service has declined. I waited for 25 minutes to talk to the service agent as he was on a phone call. I was the only customer waiting there and spent three hours at the store. The typical wait used to be 1.5 to 2 hours in my previous twenty visits to Infiniti Service Centers. Neither environment nor attitude was appropriate as well.
