Had an appointment at 2, waited for an hour and half and no one helped me out. I had to walk out without getting a test drive. Called and Went to the BMW in Mountain view instead , and things there were so smooth and elegant, got a great deal .

Out of all the BMW dealers I have acquired vehicles from in the Bay Area, I can only recommend this one after now leasing 3 cars from them. Johnathan Ngo is an absolute professional to work with on deals. No sneaky wordings to persuade you. No pressure to get a car or asking pushy questions like “will you sign today if I give you this deal” or “what about this model instead”. Just straight to the point, honest, and will move mountains to make you happy. The finance department is pretty standard like every other dealer with them trying their best to sell you warranties but this dealer stands out as they don’t get annoyed and passive aggressive when you politely decline.
I would highly recommend at the minimum just stopping by and asking for Johnathan if you are looking for your next BMW.
Edit: Revisting this to say if you have to interact with anyone in the finance department post sale, brace yourself mentally and set a lot of unnecessary time aside. They will constantly lie and avoid making any progress on anything that involves a refund. This is now the second time they have been late (way past the maximum 60 days advertised) on refunding and would not have done anything if I hadn’t contacted the dealer controller. SHADY. Keep your conversation to a minimal with the finance department when signing and use other providers such as Americas Tire down the road to get your Tire warranty for significantly cheaper and less hassle.

This dealership is harassing me with marketing calls and multiple mails being sent to my home and work address. PLEASE STOP. Their service also is just bad, my car had a misalignment right out of factory which Stevens Creek dealership service center could not fix and that problem caused us losing tires in less than a couple of years. I am not gonna get a BMW ever again.

I had a fantastic experience purchasing my BMW from this dealership. At the dealership, Lazaro was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, from walking me through the car’s features during the test drive to assisting with the paperwork. He went above and beyond to resolve any issues and continued providing great post-sales support. Highly recommend this dealership and Lazaro for a smooth and professional car buying experience!

My first BMW buying experience was excellent due to my salesman, Kamran Haroon! He explained everything, was patient, did not try to convince me of anything...just the facts. This was the easiest car buying experience I have ever had. Highly recommend Stevens Creek BMW, the BMW vehicle and the best salesman, Kamran!

terrible experience with one of the sketchy workers who didn't acknowledge anything I pointed out about the vehicle that would cost possibly thousands in repairs.

I was given a detailed explanation of the vehicle and was provided with convenience in purchasing it. The dealer was very friendly and did a good job in the purchasing process. I will recommend it to other friends around me. The dealer was really friendly and nice. His name is Bon.

5 star for the car and the service of my sale, Von.
1 star off because at the beginning I told them I want to pay cash but they keep telling me that leasing is better than cash. Well, that has a lot of assumptions, I will explain below.
TLDR: if you plan to own the car, cash is better than leasing&buyout, under the same/similar discount (incentive + rebate).
I purchased an i4 eDrive40 (60k MSRP, 1.3k options, 5k packages, 10% for tax and documentation fee, 3% APR for leasing). Assuming 11.5k discount (7.5k rebate + 4k incentive), I will list the cost of leasing&buyout and pay with cash.
For leasing, the quote they give me is 7k down pay, $794/month for 36 months, $31,744 residual. If you want to buyout after lease end, the total cost is:
7,000 (down pay) + 794*36 (36 month payment) + 31,744*1.1 (residual with tax&documentation)
in total that's about $70,500
With the same 11.5k discount, pay with cash costs
(60k + 1.3k + 5k - 11.5k) * 1.1
which is about $60,300
That means, in my case, if I want to own the car after 3 years, leasing cost me 10k extra.
They may tell you, that's only ~16% difference in 3 years, and it's the same to put your money in CD account for 3 year. However, you cannot put all the 60K in CD account, because of the down pay. Also, you need some money in your checking account to pay the monthly fee. Moreover, APR will decrease in future and next year CD account won't have 5% APR.
I have to admit that, usually you get more discount when you leasing, compared with paying cash. My feeling is that the total cost would be similar if you get half of the discount and pay cash, compared with get the full discount with lease. But remember, leasing gives you less freedom (e.g. mileage limit per year, cannot stop lease if you don't want the car, etc) and has extra hidden cost (e.g. extra mileage penalty, more expensive insurance, etc).
In conclusion, if you want to own the car for at least three years, ask for a good discount and pay in cash. Leasing is only good if you only drive new cars and don't want to own it, or if you get huge discount for leasing but almost no discount for cash.
