I bought BMWs from this place and now I regret giving them my business. They always pressure you to buy expensive warranties that you don't need. I canceled the warranty one month after, this was October 2023, I called many times to determine when we would get the refund and they never called back. I spoke with finance manager, the person that sold me the car and the person who did the financing. They all promised to call back and now we are in 2024 and we are still waiting. Don't trust them, once they made the sale, they don't care.

Recently purchased a 2023 IX and received a notice there was a recall pertaining to a software update. All went smoothly. This was first time I had brought the car in for anything. Staff is excellent. Service person went above and beyond to answer my questions (with a smile). LOVE, LOVE, LOVE my new car too!

I had a very positive experience leaving my car for service in Stevens creek BMW. Staffs were very friendly and treated me with respect and explained everything about the kind of service involved. They called me when my car was ready. I will definitely take my car to this location again.

Lazaro was my sales guy and Armin was my finance guy. These guys were really straightforward and fair. Lazaro was knowledgeable about the BMW line up and Armin was thorough in explaining the financing options. Both were professional and quick to make the sale happen. They put me in a fairly priced BMW. Aside for the normal gremlins of purchasing a used car, the experience and the car have been positive overall. Will bring it in for some servicing soon and will provide updates on their service department.

I am taking my Bmw from last couple of years to get it, serviced always have great experience. This location is highly recommended my service coordinator. Mr Frank is always very helpful. The GM Mr Kin sales Manager Peter are great people to do business with. I will definitely refer my family and friends to this location. Love you guys.

Justin Carlos, my service adviser, is courteous and very helpful. He is also knowledgeable and efficient in understanding what types of problems I was experiencing with my car. He informed me what my car needs and obtained my consent to start the work order. He even informed me that I did not need to replace my brake pads. I am very pleased with Justin and Steven Creek BMW today.

First time going to a dealership for service and not a mechanic. The dealership was lovely! Chris was a pleasure, service was pretty quick, transparent pricing/ no haggling/ no trying to convince me to do other “fixes” in that moment, vacuumed & cleaned my car- 10/10 experience and happy I went & I will be going back when I need!

Stevens Creek BMW refuse to honor the extended warranty of air flaps announced by BMW of North America on my G series BMW and use small scratch on the front bumper as an excuse. Beyond that, they also charge a diagnostic fee of ~$300 without telling the customer first. I would not recommend it to anyone.Reference: static.nhtsa.gov/odi/tsb…

Cane here to service my future wife's BMW. The service entrance is easy to find, off to the left of the dealership. There are lines where you enter and overall the experience was pretty smooth: someone comes out immediately and takes care of you. They even provide free uber rides for the day, should you choose to not wait at the dealership. This definitely feels premium :).

The only dealership in the US that is not trying to rip you off. I took my car for a recall and expensive warranty work, and they accepted it despite my car being 11 years old. A big shout out to Frank and Max, really amazing guys. Keep up the good work!

Christopher Ramirez has been my SA at Stevens Creek BMW for quite a few years. He is nice and knowledgable. He takes excellent care of my 2018 BMW M3. Same great experience as previous services, I am super satisfied with the recent engine oil/filter change, spark plug changes and the loaner vehicle. Definitely recommend him and Stevens Creek BMW to other BMW owners.

Great experience. My service advisor Matthew was outstanding. I was promptly checked in when I arrived. My service was completed in the time they quoted. My advisor thoroughly reviewed everything with me prior to and after my service.
