I’m in the customer service industry and I have to say there’s a a lack of that here. Called to ask if they had a specific jersey in stock. Was greeted with a “ uhhh yeah why wouldn’t we have that”. Clearly I called to make sure since I’ve never been here. I don’t intend on making a purchase somewhere that treats customers less than.

The store is large and you can find t-shirts, hats, socks, jackets of your favorite basketball and baseball teams.

Sports Fever has always been one of my favorite places to get sports merchandise for myself. It has been my favorite store to go to for many years now. I absolutely love the selection of nba throwback jerseys, with johnson lakers curry warriors and jordan/pippen bulls and so many more. The selection of nfl and mlb jerseys is also really high, but nhl not so much. But that's okay, the bay area cares about hockey the least(except the sharks). Most of the merchandise is gear for the local bay area teams, warriors giants 49ers sharks and A's. There are also lots of hats and beanies, and even smaller things like mugs.

Between the cashier that seems uninterested in helping anyone and the false advertising that they carry all teams, they deserve a zero. They have like 4 baseball teams. Waste of time

I can see how people can have mixed reviews coming here. The selection is small and service is a hit or a miss. The store is small with a few teams and player jerseys mixed in with some rando ones. They will miss the mark completely or have what you want. No in between. However, for my Friday evening (20 mins before closing) shopping excursion they had what I needed. My son wanted a Matt Chapman Jersey and nothing else would work. We all walked in and one of the two associates (younger guy) greeted us after he finished helping with another guest. The manager or more senior employee just stared at the people in the store and worked around the cashier. The younger guy was courteous and helpful. If he didn't know the answer he asked the more senior employee. He helped us locate what we needed and thanked us for coming in. Happy KID equals happy PARENT and that means good review for the most part.
