What an awful experience. I went here with my elderly parents (87 and 80 yo). My father uses a walker. He wanted to buy some shoes for himself.
It was a weekday afternoon and store was mostly empty. Four "employees" were behind the counter chatting. Not one came over to help us.
There was no comfortable place to sit and try on shoes. I had to go around the store to find a small stool for him to sit on.
Nevertheless I went around the store to find shoes for him to try on. Meanwhile the "employee" came over to tell me in an annoyed tone that we need to put shoes back in the boxes etc!
I pointed out that he never bothered to come help us and he said "This is a self service store" Well then what is the "employees" job? He doesn't help with customers, he doesn't return shoes back to the racks, so what is his actual job?
I wanted to leave right away but since we were there and my dad liked a pair of shoes I reluctantly bought them. The lady at the counter was practically yelling instructions at me in the most impolite tone.
This is why shoppers go online and retail outlets go out of business and these "employees" will all lose their jobs. And they deserve it.
If management is reading, mine is not the only negative review like this. You have a problem at this location.

I have came to buy new pair of boots for my work but was not sure if anything was gonna fit my work style so I asked nice gentleman Eder M for help he was not only more than happy to assist me, but also really helpful. He waited until I called my managers for the style of shoe to best fit. For my work I ended up buying really good work boots thanks to Mr Eder M didn’t hesitate to get out of the counter and help me. I will be more often as I need more work shoes and I will 100% coming to this store if you wanna find something that’s affordable nice quality and excellent service. Once again, thank you Mr. Eder. For all your help.

No help from the staff.
Went to return the shoes which I bought 3 days ago(because of bigger size )and the person at the counter denied to take the return without any reason and also those 2 members laughing and made fun me.This is so disappointing. Felt racism.

I've spent hundreds of dollars on shoes for myself and my family at skecher online and at the store but today I was treated like I was a lying customer after I requested a refund on an online purchase because my son's shoes were defective. Less than three weeks after we received the shoes and used them, the insole of one of my son's shoes came off and it kept moving around and it hurts when he wears them. I read online that we have 30 days to return defective shoes, and 60 days if you are a sketcher member. I walked in today after having finally found time to come to the store and the female manager refused to refund me the purchase saying that the shoes were worn. Of course they were worn, how else would we have found out that the the shoes were defective? She said that it's defective because my son wore the shoes. I'm hoping she's kidding me because when she tell s me such a thing, she's telling me it's OK that skechers shoes are cheap shoes only last three weeks. Then hell I wouldn't even be shopping here if I knew this to be the case. I'm never going back to this store again and will not be spending my money at the online store either if it's going to be this difficult to return defective shoes. Shop elsewhere.

I have a flat foot and sketchers has the perfect arch support in their shoes which helps a lot.

Couldn't find the right sizes. The fat lady in the counter is very very rude. The short lady isn't helpful either.

I will definitely not return to this store, terrible service, the girl who attends I think she prefers to answer her cell phone than the customers. We asked for her help and she just ignored us, and to pay at the checkout, bad service. So the shoe boxes that I was going to pay, and I went to another store (DSW)!

We came here today first time from europe. There are 4 workers but nobody didnt help to us. We ask some help but they even didnt look our face.
The store was empty when i saw them they were talking each other so i asked again them can somebody show me some white shoes they told me that you can see on there 3.section.

Location is great. Parking is easy. Large store. Have been purchasing from this location for years during there bogo deal. Service is okay but if you know what you want it’s an easy in and out.

I have to say, I always get very good service here. Maurice, the manager, has helped me twice and he’s been nothing but friendly and helpful.I like shopping at the outlet. Sometimes they carry older styles and there’s always a sales rack! Returns are easy with the box and clean soles, you’ll get a store credit. There is a shoe for everyone here!
