I had a fantastic experience working with Thinh. He is incredibly responsive and professional. You can receive comprehensive, one-stop service with him. Additionally, he designs with meticulous attention to detail. Sincere showroom is amazing. It organized well and nice. You can find all the things you need. they also have a good promotion!I am eager to continue working with both this company and designer Thinh in the future!

This is the second time we worked with Mashal Chan at Sincere Home Decor, a very thorough, thoughtful, and experienced designer with good taste. Attached is a photo of our kitchen done in 2023. Notice the drop down beam spanning across the kitchen, and how the cabinets above the fridge fits just right. The beam has thickness; and to leave no awkward vertical cavity below the beam, the better design was to use a shorter cabinet there and leave space above the cabinet above the fridge as extra large molding instead. This isn't coincidence. This was careful calculation done by Mashal to make sure everything fits and looks beautiful. Mashal would meet with us many times to go over the design. Ask us to provide more accurate dimensions, and then update the drawings; sometimes produce multiple drawings to do side-by-side comparisons ... We would go over hardware items in the store, under different light, try closely related color, put them next to the cabinet sample, etc etc ... The level of service here is insane. All with patience and professionalism. That includes when my wife and I are on a bad day and get into big arguments right in the store. Mashal stayed out of our couple arguments and continued to provide cool and professional advice, with a good vibe. Quality of the cabinets are also great. Our cabinets arrived with no defects, no lines, no dings, no warps, etc. The movements of the cabinets also feel smooth, and could hold weight. See the picture yourself!

I recently remodeled my kitchen using cabinets from Sincere Home Décor in Santa Clara and I couldn't be more thrilled with the outcome. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. They are a one-stop shop and have many displays in their several showrooms around the Bay Area. I worked with Mashal on my kitchen cabinet design and he demonstrated a remarkable level of expertise and creativity in making a design that perfectly suited my preferences and needs. He took the time to understand my measurements, initial plan, and budget constraints, ensuring that the final design not only looked stunning but also functioned seamlessly. He was very patient and efficient when changes to the design were made. He is a whiz on the computer! Communication throughout the process was clear and efficient. He was always responsive to my questions and concerns, making me feel involved and informed every step of the way. He wouldn't hesitate to show me examples of cabinets both in the showroom and also in pictures which was really helpful when making choices. He went above and beyond to accommodate my requests and would make time when I came into the showroom. He even functioned as a sounding board when I had questions about cabinet lighting, countertops, and cabinet pulls. His level of personalized service and commitment to excellence was truly commendable. I highly recommend Mashal and Sincere Home Décor in Santa Clara.

We used Sincere when we did our kitchen and bathroom remodel back in 2015. We were very happy with the service and the products. Recently, we noticed our Hansgrohe shower head had a rusty spot. We called Sincere and Mashal helped us with the warranty claim. Mashal was very professional and very efficient. He kept us up to date with our claim. Within a week, he told us that our replacement shower head had been shipped. We are so impressed with Mashal. We definitely continue to recommend Sincere to all our friends and families!

This place offers a good variety both in terms of price and products. Thinh is the person who helped us at the store and was very patient with all our questions and indecisions. He gave us good inputs and made sure we had all the information. Having gone through a full remodel I am shocked at how easily people have made mistakes in taking our order or delivering (and sometimes not even delivering) the wrong thing. Thinh was just the opposite. He double checked everything with us and we got what we ordered. What a relief !! Interacted with a lot of people past one year for our remodel cause I wanted to make sure I have explored all the options out there. For kitchen cabinets, this store is my number one recommendation for good quality product and salesmanship.

I am doing a bathroom remodel and need finished materials. At my contractor's recommendation, I secured an appt with Bao Duong. He was very personable and the consummate professional whose knowledge re: products, finishes, installation considerations, etc... was extremely helpful and made the process easy and, dare I say, enjoyable. I secured vanities, shower heads, a linear drain, faucets, and other items vital to my project. Bao maintained consistent communication on availability, which was appreciated as it bested my experience with a few other vendors. I also found the pricing fair and reasonable as I price-checked many items to ensure I received a fair deal. I wholeheartedly recommend Sincere Home Decor due to the exceptional service provided by Bao. Thanks again, Bao!

Bao really knows his stuff, he went above and beyond in the store to help us shop the right product as well as design the layout so we knew what it would look like in the store. After we made the purchase the product was on time and up to specifications. Also, any time I had questions from the contractors, Bao got back to me lightning fast. I cannot tell you how important that was as my contractors were flakey so I needed info right away. I cannot recommend Bao and Sincere Home Decor enough, the product is excellent quality, exquisite design but most importantly, top shelf customer service! Look no further.

We worked with Bao to design/select our Omega vanities for our master and guest bathrooms. The process was easier than expected. Bao is so easy to work with and has a high level of experience. One of the cabinet fronts had a small scratch and Bao got it immediately replaced for us. We love our cabinets!

We worked with Bao as the sales manager for our kitchen remodel. He provided great detail on the different cabinet types and was obviously very experienced in his understanding of the pros/cons. His design renderings were amazing and very fast produced. We had multiple revisions based on our various preferences and he churned them out so quickly. Very impressive! We ended up with Omega cabinets and couldn't be happier - we haven't had any problems with the cabinets whatsoever!

My new kitchen is gorgeous! My wife and I love it! We visited Sincere several months ago and worked with Thinh as our kitchen designer. First off, Thinh is a mastermind! We came in with our measurements and he walked us through the process, the types/quality of the cabinets, the features, finishes and countertops. He answered all our questions and brought up other great questions and concerns we didn't even think about, such as needing a couple of inches for the dishwasher door to open and ensuring the appliances we pick would fit! At the end of our time with him, he drew up the plan and gave us a 3d picture rendering. I have to admit, I didn't think my kitchen would look that good, but I was dead wrong because IT DOES! Thinh gave us the kitchen we've always dreamed of and worked with us to maintain our budget. My family couldn't be more thrilled on this renovation. Thank you so much Thinh!
