Came looking for help in a replacement to paint that has been discontinued. The guy, Enrique, has no clue how to help me. He was so rude and clueless. He didn’t even want to take the time to help. You just lost a huge business. Will never come here or suggest anyone to come here.

Sales person at this branch store, comparing with other SW stores, are not well trained and impolite to customers. I’d rather go to the Sunnyvale one going forward even it’s a couple of miles further but staff there are way more knowledgeable and friendly.

Terrible customer service. I called on the phone to try and get a quote on some paint and the guy who answered the phone was giving me a ton of attitude for no reason. Not sure what the point is of treating someone so rudely over the phone before they even step into your business definitely won't be doing business with

I want to specifically thank Peter, who I think was the manager for giving me his time and advice. He provided straight forward advice for product lines that would be appropriate the job I described. I did mention to him that I wasn't going to buy anything here, but would at another SW location near my house (out of state). He nonetheless was quite helpful, and provided a color swatch per my request. He is much of the reason I stopped by a store to get an informed opinion from someone who's done the job for 20 years...

Employee with a black Honda fit drove extremely fast exiting and almost crashed into our car , very very close call , also he proceeded to honk at us as it was our fault, we were pulling in from the street , he would have fully been at fault, as he was needing to wait for on coming cars, his driving and honking is a very bad reflection of the company he works at. Luckily he didn't hit our car or lawsuit would have been filed.

Compared to the staff in Santa Clara, the staff of the Sunnyvale branch are much more knowledgeable and can provide many more valuable advice. Just a call to the Sunnyvale branch, the staff can explain very patiently and provide very detailed information.

i love this paint store. they have every color i need and paintbrushes. I painted my car and put a big heart on the door. I was able to paint my ipad too and it works way better than before. i must say it is quite exquisite. My wall was really stale and dry, so I used the paint to paint a picture of stephen curry and every night i face that wall so i sleep with him.

Seriously... can't say enough good things about the people at this store!!! I popped in to find some color swatches for a remodel project we're doing. A lady kindly came out to the floor to see if I needed any help. I told her what I was working on and she was so helpful. She quickly got me what I needed and I was off and on my way. I've been in some other stores of a different brand (they're just a couple blocks away... you can figure this one out) and had such a polar opposite experience. It's friendly helpful service like this that is what will keep folks like myself coming back for their paint needs again and again. Thank you!!!

My favorite sherwin Williams store. Customer service is fantastic - attentive without being overbearing. Layout is thoughtful and easy for customers.
