Incorrect hours posted, online it says 8pm but they close at 7pm. Super inconvenient to drive 20 mins just for the store to be closed. Especially during the holidays please make sure to update your hours. Got here at 7:10 doors locked and employees just stared at me.

As a delivery driver i got an order her, as a person not very familiar with make-up I wasn’t able to find the items. None of the staff offered to help me when five of them were busy talking at the cashier counter. Won’t be going back for any more shopping here.

I came her for an even exchange since the color foundation I had ordered was too dark. You would think the courteous thing to do would be to do an even exchange but they said since I used beauty insider cash, I'd have to pay the remaining balance. What's the point of points if I can't even do an even exchange? I worked retail for years and would've just made it an even exchange. And it's not like Sephora is hurting for money. I'll be going back and just returning it tomorrow.

I'll give them one star because my step mom's makeup turned out decent but DO NOT have melody do your makeup. She has no idea what she's doing. She "attempted" to do a bridal look for me but I ended up with this smudged dark uneven semi smoky eye. She had to ask Amanda the other makeup artist several times if it looks good and if that's a bridal look. WHY THE HELL would you do a brides makeup if you don't know how?!!! So she starts applying my foundation with a tiny makeup sponge and in the middle of my left cheek says, do you deal with peeling with this makeup? This was fenty beauty drop foundation I use and the answer is NO! She was rubbing the makeup on abrasively. So she wiped it off and guess what happened next.... My face completely broke out in a red rash ON MY WEDDING DAY!!!!!!! Dear God! If I wasn't Christian I would've gone off. Worst experience for my first makeup I ever had done on me. Probably will be my last unless it's someone that someone actually recommended to me. So I washed my face, had to take Benadryl (I'm pregnant so that was stressful for me) and went back to my hotel, rushed to do my makeup and hair because a whole over an hour was WASTED because Melody doesn't know how to do makeup properly. Needless to say, I got plenty of compliments on my makeup and I had to inform everyone I was my own makeup artist. Please, I've read reviews and I'm not the first to say she's not a good makeup artist. Go to Santana row or something. My mother in laws makeup looked great!

I was really looking forward to having my first beauty lesson at this location. I had read about stellar reviews about Melody and signed up for this session as a way to feel better about my appearance. I had recently had signs of melasma around my face and wanted a full coverage look for a wedding coming up next week. When I arrived at 4:00pm per my scheduled appointment, I was told my appointment had been pushed back by 30 minutes and Melody was on a late break due to a previous client being late. I was told an email was sent out to notify me of this last minute change. I was okay with waiting. After 30 minutes, Melody showed up and she did not explain how the session would go so I thought the start of our interaction was quite awkward as she spent a couple minutes just looking at the corner of the counter where her makeup supplies were sitting. She did not ask me any questions about my goals. So, after I started leading the conversation about what I was hoping to achieve, the session started off with skin prep and a lesson on eye shadow application. It's something I was interested in so I was glad to learn. She was patient with questions but judgmental in her responses regarding her being in the beauty industry and thus cosmetic surgery was not inclusive to her beauty standards.Unfortunately my biggest complaint is not about conversation, it's because she was so slow we didn't finish the eyes let alone start on the base makeup with just 10 minutes left in our session. She quickly applied the full-coverage foundation to my face but the discoloration was still visible around the upper lip where I was most subconscious. I asked what her recommendations were for concealers since the dark spots were still visible. Instead she responded that it was not visible. I said I could still see it and she responded with some tips to try at home. I thanked her and prepared to leave. However after the time was up, I didn't feel comfortable walking out with my face only half done so I filled in my eyebrows. I'm not sure if she was flustered or if I was visibly upset but she asked if I was okay. I said I was okay and she said for some reason "I hope you're going right home after this." I think she was trying to help but I felt like this beauty lesson was supposed to be a treat for me but I left feeling more self conscious and like I had wasted my time and efforts. Melody seems like a nice person but my experience today left me upset and I wouldn't recommend the beauty lesson service to anyone as the value for the price was just shy of being worth it.

Less busy than lots of other Sephora stores which is nice. Selection was a bit limited but staff was super helpful in helping me order online and have the things they didn't have in stock ship to my home.Parking is limited, you'll mostly have to park on the whole foods lot around the corner

This Sephora is located in a beautiful shopping plaza. The inside of the store is just as clean and organized. I came here over the weekend to purchase an item, so I made sure to call before arriving. The employee who assisted me on the phone was quick, efficient, and very helpful. This is probably my favorite Sephora in the area.

The best Sephora location. Clean, well-stocked, and friendly. Clarissa is the best. She is always so helpful and knowledgeable.
