I came in to browse and look for a new primer but I felt like I was being followed maybe because I had my huge telfar bag . Anyways I just felt uncomfortable so I just took pictures of the products I was interested in and ordered it online

Pretty standard Sephora which was packed with wall to wall people on President's Day. They had the Urban Decay eye pencil color I was looking for, which Macy's was out of. I went straight there and grabbed one while my husband waited in line as it was so long he was afraid we'd never get out of there. I looked around for more stuff but noticed the line was moving fast due to lots of tellers. A tall guy came up and asked me if he could help, which was nice. He was buzzing around the room like a bee asking everyone. I joined my husband in the line and the checker told me I get a little freebie since it's my birthday month! What a great surprise!! All in all a nice experience.

The store was super busy and instead of helping people the reception had just one person helping. There was other employees there but instead of helping customers they were talking and not helping customers. They were right behind cashier but didn’t help customers.

Friendly and helpful service. Quite busy but we were helped almost immediately. I will get all my makeup here for now on! Wait.. I don't wear makeup. Why was I at Sephora? Someone.. anyone.

I had a not so great experience at this location. I had asked for help multiple times but was ignored by Debben. The store was not busy at all so I felt pretty hurt by this that I was being purposefully ignored. I advise everyone to stay away from this location and go to Coronado Pl or Great Mall. They give the best service.

Alison is my favorite artist in this store and she does a great job doing my eyebrows. She keeps asking feedback to meet the needs of clients. She is very friendly and pays attention to detail. I always get compliments on my eyebrows and I introduce her to my friends and family.

I had the best time yesterday with Rue. My husband and I came in looking for a similar routine we could use for redness and dryness. I think it was a Peter Thomas Roth type day which I honestly have never considered because it's pretty pricey, but OH MY GOD what Rue picked out for us... left our skin feeling absolutely PHENOMENAL! We got the water drench line, and one of my favorite products is the Firm X Peeling Gel which is a chemical exfoliant (no crumbs or beads to scrub) which is way better for red skin. My husband has super dry hands and cracked fingertips and used the peeling g gel on his hands and they feel soooo soft. I tested the product by putting it on my bathroom countertop to see if it's the product that turns into what looks like dead skin or if it's really dead skin coming off your face. And it turns out it really is skin coming off your face after the peel! We got a morning and night routine with all the steps and last night. It was Rue who helped us find and design this routine, she spent so much time picking out the exact right products and testing them on my skin. They really helped fade the irritation of my redness. And that evening I still didn't have tomato cheeks. She was so cool and kind and I really hope sephora treats their star employees well. Best customer service I've ever had at Sephora!

The best customer service ever! After having the worst customer service at oakridge location I came to this location instead even if it's further of a drive. This location is always busy so I figured I was going to have to do my own research before making a purchase. As soon as I walked to the farmacy isle I was immediately greeted by swan. They asked if I needed any help or have any questions since they are a skincare expert. I informed them how I wanted to update my skincare routine due to me wearing a mask everyday and having to wake up more early. I even told them how I got a horrible reaction to skinfix. They immediately told me I have incredibly sensitive skin and pointed me to other brands that are good for sensitive stress skin. Swan was very informative and gave me good tips on what to do for my skin. After swan helped me out I was then waiting in line. The cashier was much more friendlier and helped me out with my exchange and additional purchases. I noticed every employees helping out many customers in their busy store! They all still manage to help out as many customers as they can. I thank them all for helping me and everyone else out. Thanks again swan!

Scarlett was amazing so kind and helpful but while being checked out Julia just had bad attitude for no reason even if you might be frustrated from it being busy doesn't give you the right to be like that to your customers ,customer service should be first priority.

I had the most wonderful experience at the Sephora Valley Fair location, thanks to Nhi! While I’ve visited there countless times before and it was usually nothing out of the ordinary, my recent visit was truly exceptional. Nhi’s warm welcome made all the difference. I had come in to exchange a foundation and concealer I had mistakenly purchased online in the wrong shade. Nhi not only ensured that I found the perfect match through physical swatching, but she also went the extra mile by performing a skin scan that revealed my exact tone and skin type. She took the time to understand my preferences and recommended a foundation that suited me even better. To top it off, Nhi expertly matched me with a concealer that complements the foundation. I left the store feeling incredibly happy and confident with my new purchases, and it was all thanks to Nhi’s exceptional service and expertise. She truly made my day and my shopping experience delightful! Thank you, Nhi, and thank you, Sephora Valley Fair, for having such a fantastic team member.

I only come to this Sephora when I'm in the area but I can say every time I have stopped by, the customer service is great. This day, I went in to stock up on some faves and try some new products. Jaqueline was at the register helping check me out helped me color match for a product that I was indecisive about. She even had the info sent to my email. There were two other employees who helped me out but I didn't catch their name who had great customer service.
