I parked in a spot reserved for the shoe store. Before I even entered the store, the woman working came out of her store to tell me I cannot park in the spot reserved for her shoe store. I replied that I was coming in to look at shoes and she told me that I still needed to park somewhere else. The store was completely empty and now I can understand why. She's losing business not displaying customer service.

Similar to other unhappy customers I experienced an unmatched rudeness from the employees here. I went in with my mom, for her to buy a pair of comfortable shoes, the sales person who introduced herself as Margo followed us everywhere saying do you need help while my mom is trying a pair on. To the point that I had to ask her to give us space, and she continued with her weird behavior. She was constantly smiling at the store camera, knowing this interaction may be reviewed later, I ended up taking pictures o pairs that she liked to order from another store or online. Not sure how the store is still in business with such poor customer service. Would love to talk to Hansen's corp. to let them know about their employee / store manager behavior.

So I ordered shoes from them I got them but they didn't fit right . Before ordering them I specifically asked I wear a 8wide should I order a bigger size they said no! I got them only to send them back the next day well they couldn't find my name so I was stuck with them I tried again to wear them they were still tight I called again they finally found my name the representative was not helpful at all when I called and now I'm having to wait to return them only because it took so long for me to return them their fault!! I won't recommend Sas shoes to anyone they have poor customer service .

I find it disconcerting that "Ash" , a shoe clerk did not know how to look up a shoe by a sku or isbn number. And could careless. I have female problems and cannot simply "go to your store". Why doesn't this young person learn to help a geriatric lady going through the change of life. I worked retail. Do your job properly. I shouldn't have to go behind you and do it.

Business is well stocked in sizes, has a lot of comfortable shoes for many foot types, if no size can order them, staff is very well knowledgeable in SAS brand and very helpful. Store is clean and neatly organized. I'd recommend to anyone whom can stop by and be fitted. Shoes are all made in America also! Great quality!

Went here once and bought a pair of black comfortable shoes I love! They have an amazing selection of SAS shoes. So comfortable and they were fully stocked in sizes. I wear either 7.5 wide or 8 regular in most styles and as that is very common shoe size many stores seem to be out of the most popular styles. The reason for two stars is the guy that works here is so aggressively rude that I really dread going here but as I've read here in other reviews he seems to treat everyone that way so I will try not to take it personally because I am going back to buy some sneakers and am not looking forward to seeing the rudest salesman on the planet again, but whatever. Reminds me of a particular Seinfeld soup episode! So freaking weird.

This is my first review ever, I bought two pairs of the Guardian shoes (slip resistant) for work at this store 3953 Stevens Creek Blvd, great experience with John the manager when I was about to spend the $400.00 But then I came back with a pair that I wear 3hrs for two days indoors(my house) and the left shoe was hurting my foot so bad because of a bad design. So I went to the store for a ”exchange” or to see if I can get a replacement for the left shoe. But surprise John was there again but this time he was so aggressive defendant and arrogant telling me that shoes were all wrinkled and stained and that he won’t accept returns or exchanges and that the sales were final(Judge my shoes folks) lol. He offered to stretch the shoes and I said okay, he told me that it was going to take like 15min. While waiting I decided to call SAS shoes company and they apologized for everything that was happening at the store, long story short they offered a exchange but they wont be covering for shipping which I’m totally happy to pay.*****U P D A T E*****Hi Pattie,Thank you for replying back and for making this exchange of shoes possible I can’t thank you enough for all.I put my pride aside and went back to your store today! John was there and he helped me out to find the right shoe size, he was very attentive, knowledgeable and professional.
