Great college merchandise shop. I quickly found what I needed and had multiple choices to pick from.

terrible. if you order a book and it's on back order they won't notify you. you'll show up days after placing the order and they'll tell you they notified you and that it "might be in your spam folder." dont order textbooks here unless you dont want your books until the 3rd week of class!!!!!!! i unfortunately always have to turn to amazon to make up for how long they take. older guy in downstairs area is super rude and couldn't care less about being kind or providing customer service.

This has got to be among the worst campus bookstores. To be clear, not cause of the in person workers, but whoever manages it with hours and stocking. It always has awful hours that are difficult to access if you have classes or work. Their books are NOT there when you need them, even if you are paying ridiculous tuition and you need a book and the Professor said "go to the campus bookstore". I asked for a book and they just said "go to Amazon". Yeah I will. And you won't get a cent from me then! Good business strategy for whoever runs this store.

Disrespectful and condescending (with nonfoundation) manager of the bookstore talked the talk without knowing an iota of what students are going through due to the chaotic in person classes + remote classes. He said he gotta make money; I’d say you cannot make big money with such an attitude ignorant of what’s going on in the society and consumers’ minds. Prototypically tyrannical attitude of a monopolist. There should be Amazon bookstore on campus so such tyranny has no place to be on campus. Before trying to sell books, read some rudimentary books of middle school social studies at the very least.

Nice University bookstore. They might try and find some employees who smile and make you feel welcome! I have never encountered such humorless employees.

The center of the SCU's extraordinary physical campus.Just dropped off my two sons for the start of school on Monday and sat down for a coffee in the bustling student "Bronco Center," to think about all the endless opportunities available at this university, from business, to hard science, to social science, to engineering, to law, and more.P.S., just toured the brand new Sobrato STEM facility - breathtaking.

It was my first time going after ordering my expensive books online and I’m commuting to school, it said something along the lines of your order should be ready between Monday-Friday 10am- 2pm, I ordered on Saturday and went in on Monday at 11 am. Well they weren’t ready and said it might be ready tomorrow but I explained how I drove just to get the books from my commute and they just did nothing. Customer service zeroes. Just give a guy a break his first time coming and make the effort to at least give me a few of the books. Also if it’s your first time make sure your order is ready first!

Bronco Corner’s crew clearly knows its products in store and online. Always acts efficiently—with a smile!

They have excellent books and other supplies. My one stop shop. Staffs were nice too.

I decided to write this review solely because of the older lady who works in the textbook return area. Not only is she unhelpful, but also incredibly rude, condescending, and unpleasant to talk to. When I went to return some items, she refused to even help me because I didn't have a paper receipt, all the while talking to me like I wasn't worth her time. Thankfully, the rest of the staff, specifically Shannon, were extremely helpful and I was done within minutes. As a whole, the bookstore is pretty good. They have nice staff, a good assortment of items, and a convenient location on campus, although the prices are a little high. The quality of this store is simply severely dropped down due to the lady mentioned above.

The older lady who works in the textbook rental area is horribly rude and useless and should be fired. Bad system for ordering books and way too expensive. Good selection of clothes but the lady ruins it

One of the best bookstores left in the Boston area! I wouldn't buy my books anywhere else.
