this store is trying to scam customers. i asked the employee if the sale price is as marked and he said yes because i checked the tag & it's the same price. what a way to rip people off. i can only shake my head

Bought two small size t-shirts on sale but unfortunately they were too small. It was maybe two weeks outside the 30-day window when I came to return the item. I figured I wouldn't be able to return but rather receive store credit or at least be able to exchange the items for something else. Same guy who helped me with the transaction 6 weeks ago, was the guy I spoke to today. He DID NOT mention these are final sale on the day of my purchase. Tells me today I cannot do an exchange and they don't do store credit at all. Probably cause they don't sell much as there's never anybody in the store shopping. 1 other person MAYBE. Walked out upset and now I'm stuck with two shirts. Definitely not shopping here again. And suggest to you to find a different Giants store to purchase your Giants gear from. Customer service is non-existent here...

Every time I come here it's never open on the times it's supposed to be. The staff doesn't even acknowledge or help me when it is open, and they don't have many options, I'd rather just go to the actual San Francisco location

I always like coming here whenever I go to the mall. I've been coming to this location since 2015, including times where I've been to the old spot in the mall.
