Safeway has such good deals I went to get the soda was buy 2 get 3 that is such a good deal plus they have scratches so if you like deals make sure to go on a Friday it's 5 dollar Friday each department has deals so pick up an ad and check it out holiday times they have very good deals so don't wait stuff goes fast.

Comparatively small Safeway. Nice enough, very clean. Didn't have several of the items I came here for; my larger local Safeway always has them, so I will stop by there.

Of the area safeway stores I think it is the cleanest and easiest to access. Just avoid it during St Patrick's day.

It's a small safeway catering to a college crowd so nothing is in stock and the parking lot is inconvenient. Worth skipping and driving to a location that will actually have everything on your list.

Tap to pay fails at this location as well as both locations in Willow Glen. Else this location has it typical Safeway inventory albeit in a very tight space.

Don't come to this Safeway. They have people watch you go in and out of your car and tow you right at one hour of being parked in the lot, even if you are a customer. Shady business and do not care about their customers. Cost me $500 to go to Safeway. Will never shop here again.

Smaller Safeway and more student oriented, but friendly staff and decent selection. Fridays and Sundays are very busy. Try their Drive up service!

Terrible Safeway. I was shopping there on a Wednesday night and there's always a small chance that what you're looking hasn't already been claimed by droves of SCU students. The evening that I went the parking lot was extremely empty, but apparently you can't shop at Safeway and support the local nearby Santa Clara businesses afterwards because by the time I concluded my post-shopping dinner, my car had been towed--in less than a 3 hour timeframe! The property manager seriously needs to reflect and reevaluate whether they prioritize prospective customers who are looking to shop here or whatever arrangement they have with the towing company. Save yourself the trip, time, and money, and shop elsewhere. Extremely disappointed.
