Quite an attitude from the sellers when I was returning two pairs of pants. Calling me going bananas considering the shipping cost and packaging. Well, I did not ask for the packaging, and you can also send these pants to me on foot. It is your company’s choice to use these packaging and the shipping, and allowed for the return lol. So I feel so sorry for you that you have to work for a company that you hate its value so much.

The sellers turned their backs and there was no way to look at the jeans. Very strange behavior from people who works there.

Recently stopped in to the new 'Rag and Bone' at the Valley fair and was super disappointed. Rag and bone is one of my boyfriend's favorite brands and I wanted to surprise him with something special, but when I walked in I was turned off by how inattentive the staff was. I wasn't greeted nor asked if I needed any assistance. I noticed what appeared to be a manager holding a conversation with a sales associate, yet nobody stopped to lend me any assistance so I walked right back out. I won't be shopping at this store anytime soon. Hire more friendly and attentive staff.
