Always quick to repair my vehicle, alway shows and explains the issues my car has, and is really committed to making sure I have a great experience. Also his prices are fair never trying to over charge you and will always be in communication with you when ever he finds an issues to make sure you’re inform beforehand

This place is great! I needed a pre-purchase inspection. They went above and beyond and even stayed a little late to check the car over. Turns out the car would not have passed smog as it was. They told me to tell the dealer to make it pass a smog test before I bought it and made recommendations on anything that might need to be fixed. Very friendly and helpful. I would come back again.

I am a woman and I don't know anything about cars. Going to a car shop makes me feel so uncomfortable but Ray has been very friendly and welcoming from the start!Ray is friendly, professional and proactive! He fixed a drain pipe on my VW Golf All track as it was stuffed with some leaves and debris from the trees. My car was getting water inside because of that. Ray identified the problem right away and fixed it quickly! What a relief! No more water in my car, I am comfortable and toasty inside of my car!Ray also fixed my back breaks that were making loud noise and scraped all back discs of my wheels. New fresh breaks with new disks! Thank you!!!5 stars for services and professionalism! I recommend this car service to anyone!Services: Brakes

EXCELLENT customer service, great job on my car, and reasonably priced repair! My brakes failed on a Friday evening and after calling two other places that couldn’t take my car until Monday, I called R&D auto repair. They told me to bring my car in and they would do everything they could to get it back to me the next day. My car needed a special part and after calling around, they got the part and returned my car to me by Saturday afternoon! I’ve been looking for an honest and good auto repair shop for over three years and I’m happy to say they R&D auto repair is now the place I will use for all my auto repair and maintenance needs! My 2016 mini cooper has a reverse light didn't work issue. Rey earned my 5 star rating at Yelp by his honesty and professionalism. He replied my request message speedily, provided an appointment asap (next day, after I expressed my safety concerns). My car's issue has been diagnosed and has been solved right away - with a decent charge and professional communication.

I was stranded here & had to get get back to yosemite (that’s where I work). My funds were limited, so I called around to get he best quote. I broke my serpentine belt & tensioner. I knew it was not going to be a cheap fix, but they gave me the best quote. They were very understanding of my situation and tried their best not to break my bank. Because of them, I was able to get home safely and in a timely manner. There are not many auto shops that care about their customers anymore, but this is definitely one of them. I had a great experience. Very accommodating of my questions and follow-up requests and made me feel comfortable and never like they were trying to take advantage of me. He even recommended that I wait longer to get the work done. I went ahead with it and he took the time to show me the old parts so I could see the damage for myself. The price was very reasonable.
