Warning! Do not go to this store. I called before I went and they said I would be able to exchange my sunglasses on the phone. Then when I went to the store they said they weren't able to make the exchange even when I gave them the reciepts and all the information. The glasses were in brand new condition. Ridiculous! I should have known better not to go here with all the negative reviews. The older asian lady with the glasses was rude and the new female worker was super incompetent!

This place has so many options!! The associates were so nice! They entertained my daughter for about 15 minutes not the responsibility of them but they cared enough to say hi to her. The ladies were super helpful and sweet. The associate was wearing the Barbie influenced hot pink and they looked poppin on her. Wish I could rock them. Second time coming her and they did not disappoint either time.

I have purchased many quay products over the years. A loyal customer. One of the nose pads on my favorite pair broke. I've been trying to find a replacement for it for a while now but no luck. I happened to have said pair in my purse when I walked into the Quay store and asked if they sell nose pads to fix my glasses. They fixed it for me, complementary. I love that! These glasses have sentimental value to me now so I was devastated at the thought of having to discard them. Shoutout out to the ladies that helped me with my sunnies! I appreciate you so much.

Horrible customer service I've ever seen. I went there to return my 2 sunglasses since I got the same 2 pairs with a better price online after I bought the next day. The cashier was like giving us the attitude and said she will lose the commision sale since I return, she also said you can come back and adjust the price. Come on, can we buy whereever we would like to?? I bought the same brand which is their website. She told us "you all set" without eye contacting and anything. I never leave a bad review like that to anyone but that was pretty bad for us. I was like I don’t want to come back again to this store because of her. We were there 07/05 around 7:00pm.

It’s a scam business. Super low quality which is just worth 5$ max for a pair but the price is anywhere from 65$ to 85$. Don’t buy these glasses or you will regret. It’s a fake glasses!

Absolutely horrible customer service. Purchased some sunglasses, after submitting payment I realized I had put the wrong shipping address; contacted them within 10 minutes of completing the transaction, and they were unable to change my shipping address, or cancel my order. I will never buy anything else from this company.

This store is a total scam. They put up a “notice” at the register saying you have to examine a pair of “supposedly new pair of glasses” that is free of defects. And if you walk out of the store without seeing the defects, and wanting to return the glasses afterwards, they will refuse to refund, even though the defects were already there but you didn’t see them in the store. DO NOT buy from this store. Let the store close. It’s a scam to start with - they would not put up the sign unless they know their products are cheap and defected. Absolute trashy policy and unfair to customers.

Would've had a great experience but drove all the way back home to Santa Cruz realize they gave me the wrong glasses. Whatever mistakes happen. But when I called they not once apologized, just said come back for the right ones. And when I got to the store they not once apologized either. YOU WERE IN THE WRONG the least you can do is give a half assed fake apology. Lame AF. Your jobs easy. At least have some better customer service.

An experience in "feel-good" customer service. Thank You Ingrid and Lea for making my visit so worthwhile. I happily bought the Wired style in blue light readers to protect my eyes from 12 hr shifts on the computer and They fit great and Look Amazing! 2 pairs for $50? I also got the tortoise in the same style. SO Glad Coco and I walked in. We'll be back soon :) Thanks Ladies!

Ingrid helped me through the ordering process a couple days ago after I struggled doing it myself online. Such a nice girl helped me so nicely. Awesome customer service. That’s important. I had the worst experience at this store! So sad !! i Love Quay and always get excited to buy a new pair. Unfortunatley i didnt get to purchase or even look around because the employee was so rude and He was so unprofessional . I have never been treated like that at valley fair. It is Not good that an employee like that is representing such a great company!!
