I have been loyal to another salon since I moved to town 6 years ago... but ended up here due to desperately needing a gel mani-pedi before my usual salon was open.
This salon appeared busy but was able to get me into a chair immediately.
I was pleasantly surprised when I realized they were going to do both my mani and pedi simultaneously to save time.
I had a unique idea in my mind about a certain ombre style I wanted on my fingers, and I showed them a picture for reference. Not only did they have the special paint required to do it, but they made my nails look even BETTER than the photo! I left the salon feeling truly pampered, and 2 weeks later, am still getting compliments on my mani!
The entire experience was impressive, but the biggest reason I will be back is because they took the time to carefully remove my old gel with a file by hand, not the electric grinder. My nails are strong but can usually only handle 2 or 3 gel sets before they start to break, and I like to keep them long- so this step is crucial).
Thanks to the ladies and gents at Q nails for taking the time to make a girl feel special. See you guys again soon!

Jenny did an excellent job today her attention to detail and her customer service abilities are amazing. Great to talk to while getting a pedicure I will come again and ask for her specifically.

Very clean very place Extremely nice people. They did a really good job. My toes. I would recommend them the place has been open for many many years.

Luckily, on a mid day Friday, it wasnt too busy and was able to get seated. I've been here in tjhe past and decided to come back to them. Their massage chair #5 was working my knots on my back and helped me relax.. Just needed my pedicure today, and their care was attentive, friendly and most of all relaxing

The pedicure I had was nice but the shop itself needs a good cleaning. I find it a bit rude that the woman working are having an on going conversation from across the room in a language that probably all the customers in the room can't understand. The man at the reception desk was coughing without covering his mouth In general it's not a very classy or clean place and the prices are average so I probably will not be going back.

While I used to see Kim religiously, and she used to do a very good job, that stopped some time ago. She now rushes through her manicures, gels & dips. She peels off the dips/gels, no longer soaking off. She's too impatient. She ruined my nails and I can no longer get them done because they are so thin. Yesterday my very good friend mentioned to me she did the same thing to her. It made her nails bleed. She is only a young girl (thus the reason for the review) Kim is living on old reviews. I always tipped her well, but there was no reciprocity. This is a salon that I had been going to for over more than 15 years. Now the ambience has changed and she has become impatient and greedy. Perhaps they lost money during Covid. There seems no good reason in my mind. I have had to take a break from getting my nails done because they are so thin. When I go back, I will be finding a new nail salon. One where they care about their customers and take pride in their work. Sad to say goodbye to Qnails.

I have been a customer in this place for the last 4 years. They charged me an extra $5 this time. They also charged me 2 percent for credit card. I still left $7 tips but will never return here again.Service: Acrylic nails

Not worth. Bad experience. The guy at the counter charged extra tips without notice!!! I told him that include tips I will spend 50 dollars. He ended up put 51 dollars?! I didn’t check and just selected approve cause I didn’t expect this will happen. 1 dollar was nothing but the feeling was really bad

Have been going to this salon for years everyone who works here is kind and does a great job. If you have teens/middle schoolers they are really great working with them
