The brand is fine. But once again you run into lack of verbalizing store policy addressing returns. I bought 2 shirts and settled on a M. The store manager a chatty fellow answered my size concerns. That experience was fine. Now it's on to part 2. I tried them on after I cut the tags (big mistake )and though tight and they were just T Shirts I would just keep. Well I thought thought about it and decided to return . I noticed however no receipt was in the bag. Well I I nocently put the shirt tags in the store bag and went back to the store. This is when the experience took a bad turn . In a firm u bending stand this same manager refused to take them back with the tags cut . I was surprised and cited NORDSTROM very easy return if they know it's from them. They could care less if the tag is attached just POP..Not this guy. He said "read our return policy" I tried to say going forward if they work with me here and I have been a customer of the store before I believed it would work out . I said I did not even get a receipt . He could care less and walked out with the too small shirts totaling $165. I'm going to shop on line going forward or go to another store which is where? These employees with their combative remarks and how the higher ups with make him suffer is ridiculous response. I'm sure the owners or " higher ups" would rather not have a review like this one and a conviction to never shop in their store again. Sad how employees affect a stores bottom line when fewer and fewer people are not in store shopping . FYI when buying this brand size up AND DONT REMOVE THE TAGS !

My recent visit to this store left much to be desired. The lack of professionalism displayed by the staff was truly disappointing. Not only were they unhelpful, but their attitude towards customers was dismissive and rude. The store itself was in a state of disarray, with items misplaced and a general lack of organization. It was clear that customer service was not a priority here. Overall, my experience was subpar, and I would caution others against shopping at this establishment. And to the store director You are a Racist Con

Horrible service, the manager works with my boyfriend but instead of keeping a professional image she instead IS AWARE he has a girlfriend but continues to flirt and disrespect us although she has her own boyfriend . She continuously does this! So for all the females that shop there watch out with her and don’t even bother taking your significant other I would recommend just going yourself. The worst experience ever, just plain disrespectful and simply disgusting that a manager can’t keep her distance and provide proper and professional service. I highly doubt she respects work policies and understands work relationships.Never going again she’s absolutely disgusting!

Horrible Customer ServiceI purchased a full zipper Hoodie about a year ago.Wash it first time last week only wore 5 times.Following the Label instructions.Well the zipper broke.Can no longer zip up the hoodie. Tried multiple times to contact customer service on line.No response just a generic response.So today I took the item back to the store at Valley Fair.Spoke to the Asst. Manager.She told me that their was nothing that she can do for me at the store I would have to contact Customer service.Sending an email message which I did 5 times to get the same generic response.I paid almost $200.00 for this hoodie to be told nothing they can do for me at the store.Not helpful at all.When you go to the online shop they state how high quality there items are.If that is the case they should stand behind there merchandise.So now i have i full zipper hoodie that is useless. I will never shop at this store ever again.Selling product they don't stand behind.

Crazy designs and bold colors. Stitching and details on the clothing are amazing. Manufacturing quality is top of the line.Staff is courteous and super helpful. Prices are a little high, but quality justifies.

Love that we finally have a location in the Bay Area. I have not seen a Psycho Bunny store since my last visit to Japan. My very first Psycho Bunny items were 2 silk ascots that I bought in a sample sale and used as headbands. Now the brand has ventured into street wear as well as still offering their signature polo shirts. The staff is beyond friendly and they're incredibly helpful with any questions or if you need any help with selections. All the items are neatly arranged and there's no confusion when trying to find something. The store is very bright and welcoming and make a perfect backdrop for the brightly colored clothes. The quality is great. The fabrics are soft and the stitching is solid.I would recommend you look online to check out their prices just so you know what you might be getting into cost-wise. They often have sales and they often have other sizes that they can find for you if it's not on the floor.

This place has a lot of really colorful clothing. The decorations are interesting. They definitely target a younger audience and the price is a little high, but quality is good.
