I took my 1968 cougar to Luis to install classic AC in the cari drop the car off on minds he said he would be done on Friday .I didn't get my car back until 3 1/2 weeks but that's not the issue I have . When I dropped off my car my sun roof worked my car alarm worked and my sound system worked when I picked up the car sunroof alarm and speaker did not work . Luis said he did not touch anything to make these items not work witch is BS also he installed wire looms and when I went to drive out the power steering line touched the header an burnt a hole in it . Than he stripped the hose line to the control value. Also my driver seat has a lil tear in it from a tool in the back pocket and I have a chip of paint in my trunk . NONE OF THIS STUFF WAS THERE WHEN I DROPPED OFF THE CAR . He had to many projects going on did not spend quality time on my car I'm so pissed

I hate to go against the majority of the ratings here, but I'm sadly disappointed with their attention to detail. I took my SE Trans Am in to finish installing my Vintage AC kit. My buddy and I had installed the condenser, and stalled out with the under dash work. As far as I know they did a great job with it, but everything is out of sight. I've run into various issues they caused since I got the car. First, on the way home, I noticed the oil pressure indicator was working incorrectly. At first they said they didn't do anything with it, but actually, when they had reinstalled it, they reversed the socket. They fixed a couple of gauge lights by removing the Instrument Panel and turning the lights in their sockets. That's a plus. Another plus is they installed the Flex Fan I had in my parts box. I had already taken the seat out before I took the car there. They reinstalled it and the rocker cover, but didn't connect the seat belt, so when I got it home, I had to take the seat and the rocker cover to connect the seat belt. While I was taking the seat out, I noticed they didn't use the correct hardware (also in my parts box) to install the seat. I also noticed they left a lot of bits and pieces on the floor under the passenger floor mat. They weren't there when I took the car to the shop. They obviously weren't paying attention when they put the lids for the coolant recovery bottle and the windshield washer reservoir, as they swapped them. It wouldn't have been so bad, but the washer reservoir neck is larger than the coolant bottle's neck, and they broke the coolant reservoir cap. I have it taped on until I get a reproduction cap. They had to reposition the coolant recovery bottle, which is fine, but there's no clearance between it and the radiator, so eventually the radiator will wear through the plastic bottle, and they aren't cheap. In summary, I'm not happy with their attention to detail.

Luis restored my fire destroyed 59 Buick engine ...it looks concours quality. He went above and beyond to make it perfect. He loves old cars. He also works on my 73 Charger and 55 TBird.
