My wedding invitations look amazing! The cardstock and inks are of beautiful quality, and Melody went out of her way to help make sure it was exactly right. Nick Rennie was incredibly helpful throughout the process for a pretty "non typical" and custom order that other places seemed to have issue with producing. The custom sizes and options from printpapa are awesome and saved me a ton of work. The template instructions and information available was very easy for me even though I am not in the graphics industry. The resulting quality and project came out fantastic, and exactly as expected. I ordered 300 pcs. There were some defects, but I was shipped well over the 300 pcs, and with these defects considered I still received over the quantity ordered. I will order again from printpapa!

Absolutely ridiculous A+++ service from everyone there for both emergency same day print jobs I did. I'm not the biggest customer (yet) and you guys really went out of your way to help. Quality was excellent as well. Highly recommend PrintPapa if you want a true partner. They are awesome!!!!!

Everything surpassed my expectation except the shipping and handling arrangement. Although I paid a hefty price for the next day air 10 am delivery, it was sent to a different location and did not get to me two days past the deadline.I spoke to PrintPapa customer service about the issue which it turned into blaming UPS.Although I understand how bad UPS is and have noticed other issues with them, I ultimately hold the service provider (PrintPapa) responsible for the end result. If UPS is so bad and delivers your product after when it's needed, it is your responsibility to provide an alternative means to deliver the product and you cannot just leave your reputation in UPS hands.Secondly offering discount for future orders it is like offering to screw up for less. Why would anyone would take the chance of ordering with you again when you have shown no interest to correct the issue or offer discounts due to your failure to deliver?Lastly I had intended to let this go without making a fuss about it, and now that you have reminded me by requesting a performance feedback as if you had expected a pat on the back, I will enforce the issue by making this review public.

PrintPapa did an excellent job of color printing a large spiral-bound manual (278 pages) at a lower cost than several other print shops. From online file submission through “ok to print” and pick up of printed copies, everything went smoothly. Highly recommended.

It was my first experience with PrintPapa. I felt the whole process went very well. I needed a short run of folders for a hobbyist project. All of the pertinent information about submission was easy to follow on the website: using the templates with regard to bleed, importance of using CMYK, pdf settings, etc. The end product turned out to be exactly what I was looking for. I will definitely be using PrintPapa in the future for my projects.
