“First and foremost, I would not wish this on anyone, but having an infant or child leave earth so soon, on the holidays and have a funeral all within 10 days is not for the faint of heart. Despite all that and their recent return from the holidays, Keith and his brother at Lightning Press have gone above and beyond in helping us provide high quality prints for our program and memorial cards, as well as foam board posters for our collages and prints. We had submitted work to them on Wednesday and hope to have everything by Friday for a Saturday (1/6/24) funeral, and would you believe it all within less than 24h of submission, they had it ready by the next morning for pickup? Seeing the excellent and superior workmanship brought us one step closer to closing this hard chapter in our lives and honestly could not stop me from getting emotional just seeing it there as they presented it to us.They are caring professionals who have a passion and pride for the work and solutions they provide their clients. They are very responsive to their e-mails and very personable. They will ensure that your expectations are met and exceeded. I look forward to continuing our relationship and will look to them for future projects and printing needs. “Woh. Best FedEx Print place I’ve ever been too. Usually it’s practically impossible to get any human help at these places these days. I came in to print something at the self-service station and they were slow enough that Shirley, Assistant Manager, asked me if she could help me directly. I admit that I was a bit shocked at the level of customer service. She was so efficient and so professional! I usually go to the location at 560 E El Camino Real, because it’s slightly closer to my house. That location is so bad and the customer service is terrible even when the machines legitimately aren’t working. I will definitely cone to this location from now on. Thanks, Shirley, for making my day.”

Happy to drive out of my way here and pleased to find a delightful selection of greeting cards, just right for the most random occasion, as well as the upcoming Thanksgiving card. Also got a key made while shipping wine, my son was excited to see the super cute old fashioned mickey mouse key as his own... if anyone has never had one of those expensive personalized silly keys, it makes your everyday that much brighter, try one!looking forward to my next visit here and planning to hit the korean grocery store next time i have more time. Had such a nice visit, great to get errands done and a little personal shopping too!”
