Everyone was friendly — but that only goes so far. The work wasn’t done correctly or on time, my calls weren’t returned, and ultimately I had to fix my own truck which is under warranty. I have avoided car dealerships and thusly avoided most modern vehicles for most of my life because this is the standard level of disservice consumers have come to expect. I am a competent mechanic. I weld, I do basic engine work, suspension, brakes etc. But I fear for those who are not knowledgeable about vehicles as they are at the mercy of the folks working at dealerships punching the clock and doing the minimum to get by. I am I being harsh? Undoubtedly. Do they deserve it? 100%

Probably the worst experience ever from the parts department, I was attempting to locate a part for my nissan vehicle and called the stevens creek location and was put on hold for 5 minutes before being poorly greeted by micheal. After telling him my part number he rudely told me the part was unavailable and even if i ordered it there system was down. He then hung up. I later realized my part was interchangeable with a specific infiniti model so I called the infiniti parts department or so I thought. Lo and behold micheal answered in his trademark arrogant tone. I tell him the same part number and now he has it. Why work in the parts department if you can’t even cross reference between your two inventory platforms. Will not be returning or even considering ordering parts from this location.

This is an amazing dealer. I kept needing to reschedule my appointment, and they were great about it. Also, they allowed me to have my dog in the showroom, which was a huge help for me. They also have free water and coffee here, which is a huge plus. I would recommend that anyone with a Nissan visits this dealer for service.

Vincent who was my Service Advisor was very knowledgeable, helpful, and had great customer service. He gave my car a complimentary car wash as well as a general clean inside. After the service my car felt brand new again! Thank you to Vincent for going above and beyond and providing an excellent service.

I considered selling my car here and my experience was extremely unpleasant. The sales guy Omar I had appointment with was rude, ill mannered and condescending. If you are trying to sell your car I'd recommend going to Stevens creek Subaru or Lincoln instead. People there are polite and extremely helpful. The woman at Subaru helped me get a deal that was $950 higher than my expected price and provided me with information that I didn't know I needed! It was super helpful! I'd not recommend Stevens creek Nissan, specially Omar zaffer. Check out Subaru or Lincoln instead- people are lot nicer there.

Went to the parts department to have a couple factory keys made for my truck. The parts manager was super nice and was able to make my keys as I waited. I brought in one key blank with me that he cut as well but for some reason it would not work so he got me another factory one and cut it at no charge to me. Now that’s good service “the key was the problem not the cut” anyway I really appreciate him comping me a key as they are $30 each not including the cutting.“Side note”. They have A Starbucks barista machine in the waiting room just across from the parts department.

Charlie in the service department was rude and condescending jerk! After I mentioned writing a review he quickly changed and tired to play nice. I made an appointment for a recall... just bought the car two months ago and already there's a recall! Nissan says it will take about 1-2 hours on phone yesterday. Today I come here and they say it will take 5 hours or all day... hey people got things to do! Why tell your customers one thing and do another. Totally disappointed with this dealership. And on top of it all they seem indifferent... like "whatever" last time I do business with these people. BUYER BEWARE!!! Their service is TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Due to a Nissan RECALL for inspection of steering column. I scheduled a 7:45 am drop off and the service crew came out quickly to schedule my Nisson Kicks for inspection/service per the RECALL notice. Service advisor said it could take 1-2 hours. I decided to wait, and the service adviser indicated he would place this service as Top Priority. Discovered a nice coffee maker in the waiting area & made some fresh brewed black coffee. To my surprise in 45 min the service advisor came to tell me my Nisson Kicks was completed and in the car wash now.

On August 22, 2023 I drove 3 hours to this dealership because Omar quoted me $10-$12K if I brought my Rogue there (the best quote I received). Once we sat down Omar's tone changed. "So your vehicle was in an accident?" I replied, "Yes, a minor fender-bender that I had fixed." He then said, "Well now my Manager will have to take over." Then he left to check out the car while I waited for his boss. Once he finished I tried to show Omar the photo of the minor damage & he barely could look at it saying, "That's fine I don't really need to see it." At the same time his supervisor showed up and sat down. He said, " So your vehicle history shows an accident.I can only give you $7500. You're lucky I'm only taking off $500 for that accident." I reiterated that the reason I drove so far was due to Omar's quote. Without showing an ounce of sympathy for my long drive he stated," If you went to anyone else & they discovered the accident on your history they would turn you away or barely give you anything!" He then said, "You should never report an accident if you can afford to get it fixed yourself. That way it won't show up on your vehicle's history report." I couldn't believe what I was hearing. A manager of an auto dealership telling a customer not to report minor accidents. He also stated, "I would have to send it straight to auction! I couldn't even try to sell it here! If I did and the buyer found out about the accident I could be sued! You are lucky I'm willing to give you $7500!" Sitting there in disbelief I got on my phone and requested an online quote from Carmax which was near by (with the fender-bender accident) and immediately got back an answer for $12,000 good for 7 days. I left & went straight to Carmax. They did the appraisal and came back w/ the exact same online offer: $12K good for 7 days. I happily accepted & received a check for $12,000 NO REASONS or EXCUSES to lower the original quote. I never had an issue with any Nissan Dealership until I encountered OMAR & his MANAGER atSTEVENS CREEK NISSAN!It's one shady dealership‼‼‼

They were so patient with us haha. I'm a first time car buyer and it really shows that they value their customers. They explained everything to me, answered each of our (repeated) questions patiently. After deciding on our car, we had the car the next day. They acted really fast once we told them that we wanted to take the car next day. Would recommend 100% to my friends! Shout-out to Ray and the owner(?) of Stevens Creek Nissan for allowing us this sweet deal!

My husband and I have been scoping the market for an EV car for about a year now. We called Stevens Creek Nissan and spoke with Matt Lijon inquiring about the Ariya Engage. Matt was fantastic and speedily emailed us a quote that met our financial needs. Not only was Matt's service expedient, it was also professional with the flexibility to meet our expectations. Stevens Creek Nissan had the most Ariya car inventory selection and had the car ready for us in the event of a potential lease. We are very pleased with the Ariya Engage we leased from this dealership and we have Matt to thank for making the experience one of a kind and processing everything in-person and via email as requested. Matt even personally delivered our cars license plate to our home once they were ready! Very happy with the service provided by Matt and those at Stevens Creek Nissan.I definitely will be recommending friends and family to this dealership and Matt and hope to connect with Matt for my future car purchases.

I was shopping for a car to replace my 2015 Honda Fit and the people at Nissan were really helpful. I ended up buying a 2023 Nissan Kicks base model) I went a lot of dealerships and none of them ever really welcomed me quite like Nissan. The person who helped me was called Sam, great guy overall & answered all my questions about the cars because I was quite transparent with what I want: budget friendly + small car. I never owned or drove a Nissan before but the purchasing experience with Sam was better than any other dealerships I went to (I went to a lot).
