Purchased Murano here through Consumer Reports (via membership). No negotiation - pretty efficient. They had the configuration I wanted and made it easy to buy it. Love my Murano!!!!
UPDATE 8/24
Took my car in for 15K service - tire rotation, oil change, inspections. $900 later (!!!) I noticed grease all over the driver's side interior when I got home....
I called them: "I didn't see that. You can bring it in and we'll clean it off". Another hour down the drain. Enough!

Very horrible customer service from this dealership all I wanted was the name of the financial company so I can set up my insurance and he got mad and started getting loud with me. I’ve never seen such horrible customer service before.
Also when I was buying my car I was promised an apr that would be lower than 4.99 but when I was signing the paperwork he said my apr is 6.99 and when I told him that he said it would be 4.99 he said that I either misunderstood him or misheard him. The trickery of this dealership is really evil.

I had an excellent car leasing experience. The team here is exceptionally courteous and helpful. Mason provided outstanding assistance throughout the entire process. He also ensured that the vehicle was detailed and charged, allowing me to comfortably return home with ample range. Additionally, I had a brief introduction with Masood, the General Manager, who ensured that the entire process was efficient and straightforward. Overall, the team exudes positive vibes, and I would definitely consider making future purchases here again.

I dealt with Danny Nguyen and Brian to buy my new 2024 Nissan Leaf SV Plus, and I couldn't be happier with the service and pricing they provided me. I sent out enquiries to a lot of different dealers because I really wanted a blue 2024, and those are mostly sold out. With several of the other dealers, the more I dealt with them, the more slimy a feeling I got, like they were crocodiles on the riverbank, and I was in the water, and they were sliding down the mud to come after me.
On the other hand, Danny seems to really enjoy his work and dealing with his customers, like he is at the job for joy, not money. He gave me a very fair price, and he brought me my blue vehicle from 300 miles away. He also did not push me at all to go to a higher level of trim or a more expensive model, which I appreciate. He also followed up with texts and emails asking if I had any questions several days after he delivered my car to my door.
I am somewhat handicapped and he was graciously accommodating without making a fuss.

Hello,
I am a truck driver for a car hauler company, called ETA Trans, Inc. and had a terrible experience with this car dealership. I have been wrongfully accused of causing damage to one of the vehicles when I know for sure I did not.
Here is the story: I picked up 3 vehicles from Los Angeles and dropped it off to this Nissan dealer in Santa Clara at 2:43 pm on June 14th, 2024. I have been doing this job for a couple years and have gained enough experience were everything felt quite routine. There, I met a man named CJ who was supposed to approve of this drop-off and let me go on as soon as I've signed it. However, CJ marked off "STI" which stands for Subject to Inspection, which I did not realize and which apparently put the liability in my hands. I dropped off the load during work hours and everything should have gone smoothly as usual.
However, we received a damage claim for the one of the vehicles I dropped off which was apparently "damaged." They did not listen to my side of the story and entirely put the blame on me, making me take out $2960.39 out of my salary. I have images with time stamps of the cars completely undamaged. In addition, the worker, CJ, stated that I left my phone with him while I used the restroom, which is why he hit STI. However, this is not the truth. I don't appreciate the dishonesty and the narrative they stirred to make it my fault.
The way they dealt with the entire situation was very uncomfortable and inconsiderate. There is an entire week between when I dropped off the vehicles and when the company made the claim that I had damaged it, anything else could have happened in the span of a couple days. I called back, hoping I could talk to the owner, but was met with hostility and secrecy. The images of the two cars are not identical a week apart, making me believe the car dealership caused the damage, and not me.
Please be cautious and do not buy cars from this dealership. I'm appalled by the way I was treated.

I went to this dealership to sell my car, but the sales representative took a long time to handle the transaction. I had a competing offer, and they just matched the price and added a car wash, I had mentioned that I wasn't looking to negotiate further but expected something extra to proceed with them.
After 2 weeks, my check still dint arrived by mail, so I had to visit the office to collect it in person. The sales team was rude and told me that I was asking for too much when I requested a thorough cleaning of my car.

Very bad experience… sold our car and the manager Mack said the check would be ready next day.. called after 3 days the manager did not even remember about the sale.. started saying I will do a favor for you.. and told me I should have called them earlier.. and its my job to call and ask for the check.very rude to talk on phone. stay away !

These guys were great. I rotate two leased cars for our household, that's my own preference on car ownership so I've been picking up a new lease about every 18 months for the last 15 years. This was one of the easiest, likely the absolute easiest, of those purchases over the years. Drove about 100 miles to get the car as their pricing was far better than I found local. Was very much worth the drive.
On sales side, worked with Sepi who was great. On finishing up and signing, don't recall the name of the finance guy. Which is a good thing to be honest. He just had some paperwork we signed, took a few minutes. Elsewhere at other locations the finance part turns into a long ordeal. Wasn't the case here. Fair pricing, simple signing, highly recommended.
