This place is TERRIBLE . They sell display copies as new ! It’s a scam !!!! Staff are the worst I have EVER encountered in retail . They don’t want you touching anything and don’t want you in the store . They might be racist ! They treat you like a pest . Lost me as a customer forever and will be telling anyone I know .They also lecture you on how to live your life and proclaim they know better . Imagine how unhelpful they will be if you need to return anything ! They deserve to go out of business. Their furniture is cheap plywood marked up anyway .If you look at the internet everyone has the same rude experience with pottery barn . Don’t ever shop with pottery barn . Lots of other classy furniture around nowadays . Whoever is running it is a clown .

Even though I love Pottery Barn furniture, I have to say this store has the worst customer service, and I would strongly advise against visiting. The Asian clerk we encountered displayed rude behavior, giving us a stern glance while we were simply shopping around in the store. This condescending manner is not only unprofessional but also creates an awful atmosphere for customers.

Having purchased furniture online, I decided to visit the store for inspiration. While seated on a couch, within 5 minutes, an Asian clerk—possibly named JJ—approached and inquired if I had any questions. I responded that I was just browsing. To my surprise, she remained stationary, giving me a rude stare, scanning me from head to toe, turning away, and repeatedly glancing back. This is unacceptable customer service. Will never come back again!

If you enjoy doing mental gymnastics, this is the store for you. I was thoroughly entertained by the gal that "helped" me. I'm pretty sure she couldn't wait for my daughter and I to leave.I will preface this by saying I love PB, PBK, WS, and WE. I know a lot about their products so when I made the mistake of sitting on the couch after a long day of shopping, I had no idea what was in store. No pun intended. Let the story begin! We're sitting taking selfies. My daughter is 11. She's going to have surgery and she had a rough doctor's appointment, so I wanted to take her to the mall. We had a great day. Began to head home, when lo and behold, we pass the beautifully displayed couch at PB. Cue in angelic music. We sit and are quickly greeted. I let the gal know we're resting. My daughter and I are giggling. Having fun with selfies, when I take a pause to note that I am, currently, shopping for a couch. I get up and begin to look around. A younger man rudely makes a remark. It was off putting but I'm tired. I just think, he's having a rough day--whatever.I ask him some questions, the gal quickly approaches us and takes over for him. I explain my situation, I need a couch 11 to 13 feet, sectional, deep, low back with a chase and an ottoman or two. Her behavior was strange. Just odd. I didn't know how to read her. I couldn't tell if she was trying to help me, mocking me or just judging me. It was bizarre. I like to give ppl the benefit of the doubt, so I continued to ask questions. The more I asked, her answers became shorter and less helpful. She clearly didn't want to help me, but why was she following me through the store and walking around with me? It was weird. But, I'm weird, and at this point, I'm intrigued by her not liking me. So I show up! I ask more questions! My daughter felt the vibe and was over us. I really do need a couch and since I was there I might as well look and touch everything, right?. I already knew if I found something, I'd buy it online or from Monterey bc I'm over this lady who declared her title and also stated "Pottery Barn is VERY high end." I died! She was comical! I was kind and pretended she cared and liked me. So, I thought how nice would it be if I made an appointment for her to come out to my house and measure it for designer advice and input, since she declared her title as such!!! She wasn't having it at that point. She began answering questions I wasn't asking and tried to get me to sign up for a credit card. We had spent a whole 20 minutes together and she didn't ask me a single question. She knew nothing about me. Why would I apply for a credit card when you barely know what I need and it's clear you don't want me in your empty store? I'm not giving you my social security number, my mothers maiden name and my childhood street name.I realized she was done and so was my daughter. I wasn't going to get the help I was truly looking for, so, my daughter and I moved on. Anyway, if you want to waste your time, go to this PB store. The end.

The theme of brand is subtle with minimalistic design approach. The most used colour of the product is earthy.

This review is solely for Christina... me and my mom popped in and she was just so friendly. Something about her was so welcoming. She's wasn't a salesmen or rude... just a friendly bright light. Our short interaction made my day better.

Such a cute place. Didn’t buy or talk to the associates, my wife and I really found the store to be appealing. Products were great and a lot of cozy items. Would definitely come back and consider getting some things if I lived in the area.

I always thought Pottery Barn was a respectable company. Then I made the mistake of placing an order online end an order that was supposed to be delivered within one week. Now I'm being told it will be delivered within two months. And if you ask to speak with a supervisor, they will tell you either one is not available, or 2) they will have someone call you back within 72 hours. Before you purchase something online, I highly suggest you look at the company's reviews.

I purchased two items on June 8 and was told I would receive them by June 13. Then I called to ask where my items were, and they said that my order has been “reprocessed” and they would not be delivered until the end of July. I called and asked to speak with a supervisor, and both times, they said there’s none available. I will never buy from them again.
