I called today on 9/7/23 at 4:20 pm. I spoke with a very rude female employee. I asked if she had any gentle wax for the face, nose area. She had an all purpose hot wax. I asked the price, she quoted me for the hair remover tube. I asked again for the price of the honey wax, and she said "If you are going to be rude to me I'm not speaking to you" and hung up. Trying to get information from an employee before I drive down, is like pulling teeth. Such an imposition on them, wow. This is one place I don't need to patronize. She does not know her product line, and does not have any communication skills either.

i bought several Archipelago products on line from PB. The majority of them had defective pumps, which is obviously a manufacturing problem. ZERO responsibility from Planet Beauty to address the problem. They suggested that I contact the manufacturer or use one pump for three different bottles of hand soap (not sure how that's supposed to work in three different bathrooms). I just won't continue to do business with a retailer who doesn't stand behind their products beyond saying "I'm very sorry, but it's not our problem".

6 days, still waiting. My opinion remains the same - do not order from this company!! (Also, wondering why the business owner would need to take it to corporate rather than fixing).

Do NOT purchase their products online. I bought shampoo and conditioner and it gave me a horrible rash and made my hair fall out and the product was obviously defected or expired. Just saw another review from an employee at a vendor for Planet Beauty that said they were selling products 2-3 years after their expiration date! I immediately informed customer service who told me to use my own shipping methods to return the products back. Extremely unprofessional to ask a customer to ship it back without providing a shipping label. They also told me the shipping would not be compensated. Overall, Planet Beauty is EXTREMELY unprofessional! I often shop online and have never experienced anything like this before. Take your business to Sephora or Ulta or literally anywhere else.

I was so excited to visit PB and the service was horrible. I drove 2 hours because my teacher recommend it.The women working wasn't friendly. Yet didn't say a Word to us until I brought my things for checkout. I would understand if she was busy but she wasn't.Overall cute shop and variety of beauty products, hair and makeup.

Jocelyn, is really the reason for this review. What a sweetheart! And how helpful she was without being pushy or over salesperson like. She's there without overdoing it. And all her recommendations are now my top fav. products. I came in looking for a setting spray and love the vegan line you carry. I forget the name, unfortunately. But get it, ladies and gents! You will not regret it. As Jocelyn, mentioned, this baby will leave your make-up on for quite literally all day!! And I cannot tell you, how I was ready to be let down but I believe in humanity, again. And the Wet Cherry cosmetics line is amazing!!! Again, Jocelyn, recommend and in love!! Cannot wait to stop back in soon to restock other goods. TY, Jocelyn!
