I ordered a sit stand desk back in May, and I still haven't received it. I keep getting emails saying that they are looking into it, that I should be getting a call from the delivery team about it, but it's been months and still nothing. I ended up just requesting my money back and I was told that it is not possible to get a refund due to policies. So, I guess they can never give me what I ordered while also never giving me my money back? I find this ridiculous as I'm asking for my money back BECAUSE I don't have what I ordered. If it's Pivot's policy to never send their orders and constantly lose track of their products while also inaccurately informing their customers on the status of their order, then I highly recommend not ordering from this company. I know I won't be recommending it based on my experience.

Went here to get an office chair fixed. They managed to get me a quote after a week which I was supposed to sign and return, then wait for an invoice a few days later, then make a payment, then get a tech scheduled.... Well, you get the idea. Zero focus on the customer.

I had a problem with my Herman Miller chair and called them, spoke with John. He was the nicest and most responsive person I have had the pleasure to do business with in a long time. He referred this right over to Nicole who already knew I needed this chair asap as I work from home. The technician, Kevin who was also super accommodating & nice was here first thing the very next morning. He replaced parts, did a tune up & my chair looks brand new. I cannot recommend this company enough. Thank you John, Nicole & Kevin!!

I needed repair on my Herman Miller chair and PIVOT took care of it and then some! They were friendly, efficient and the technician that came out replaced parts and tightened up my chair better than new! I highly recommend this great service.

I cannot say enough positive things about this company and their fantastic customer service. I did not purchase my Herman Miller chair through Pivot. I bought it 11 years ago at Costco. I found Pivot online and called about a repair. They were extremely responsive. Keven communicated with me through the process of registering my warranty and scheduling the repair. The repair person came to my house at exactly the scheduled time. The repair took about 15 minutes and my chair feels like new! I will definitly use Pivot for future purchases. The good: I got my chair and it is high quality at a good price. My company may be contracting with them for lower prices so we can get good equipment for WFH, so not sure if the price is available to everyone. The bad: Really bad customer support and delivery experience. We ended up moving before the chair was delivered. I assumed this would still be ok as I have a good relationship with our previous landlord and figured we could just grab the chair from our old place after it was delivered. However, once it came time to arrange delivery, they said someone had to be there in person. I had tried to contact Pivot 3 times in the 3 weeks before delivery was arranged to try to update the address and no one ever responded. I luckily had a phone number from a sales agent who had emailed me to confirm the order, so I called him, and he told me it would cost $150 to change the address! This is an absurdly high fee. The new address is 15 minutes away from the old and the delivery hadn't been scheduled yet. To avoid the fee, I arranged to work remotely from my old apartment that day so I could get the delivery. Then the delivery driver called me 2 hours before the scheduled window and said he was 15 minutes away! I had to rush to try to get there at the same time, the delivery driver was very difficult to communicate with, every time he called me he had the radio blaring in the background and couldn't hear a word I said. I got there about 5 minutes after him and he said he had just left it on the doorstep! This would have been fine, except I had gone through all this headache because they said I had to be there in person for the delivery! Pivot will gladly say all the delivery issues and the $150 fee are up to the shipping company, not them (which is what the sales agent said). But at the end of the day, I chose to order from Pivot and they chose this shipping company, not me. Since I had no choice in the matter, they are ultimately on the hook for the experience. Not to mention how impossible it was to get in touch with anyone from Pivot customer support. When I pointed out to the sales agent that I had tried contacting him and customer support 3 times in 3 weeks with no answer, he simply stopped responding to my emails.

Dishonest company. This company is not value you as a customer. This company will constantly delay for several month your product delivery, coming up with different fairy tales. This company will happily scam you with $800 office defective chair. In the final, you will receive defective $800 office chair. When you will contact pivotinteriors, they will refuse to return/exchange, with response that those chairs are not eligible for return. In our case, we have contacted with Jessica Ramirez. How do you like such $800 scam? Shame on you, pivotinteriors! Dishonest company. Don't recommend to friends and family members.

My team visited the showroom and I enjoyed every moment! I love furniture and we're planning a massive office move. This felt like being in a toy store for me, in the best possible way! I just loved seeing the different set ups for conference rooms and their all hands space and everything. A bit overwhelming, but mostly impressive. The team there were gracious hosts and there was plenty of parking nearby.
