Rocky looks amazing. Customer Service is always on top and every single person who works here is amazing. We don't mind paying more at some other groomers. It's worth every penny.”

“Been shopping here for 6 years. I don’t come often but when I do, it’s super helpful. This is the Whole Foods of pet food, which is perfect because it’s right next to a Whole Foods.Generally, I just come here for a few specific things and also to look at specific specialty items when I’m trying to do research on what to buy. Staff are always very helpful. I may not end up following what they recommend because I’m the kind of person that ends up researching and using the best products I can find and then making my own homemade version of some things which I know is out of scope for a lot of people.I’ve used the dog wash once. It was super easy and nice to use, but as my dog is pretty small, we usually do this at home, but this would be great for someone with a large or difficult dog. One thing that I find really great, is that if an item is on sale or regular price you can buy three and get the fourth one for Free. This may not apply to everything (typically food & treats) but be sure and ask. Usually at least one staff member will have some personal detailed experience with a product that you have a question on which is pretty impressive. Typically, I buy treats, super high quality kibble, and some dog treatment products.”
“We frequent this store to use the self serve dog wash. You purchase tokens that you then put in the dog wash to start the water and air. Wish the machines just took credit cards instead of having to remember to bring the token pouch.Treats are pretty expensive here even with the big 3 get one free.They don't carry big brand labels, only grain free, raw and/or alternative diets.”
“Their staff at this location is super helpful and professional. I was trying to find out if the store carries a specific brand for my Rottie. I gave them a call just to double check their inventory before I made my way to the store. Not only did the staff check but also had great customer service and patience with all of my questions over the phone. Thank you for making it easier for my family and I. “Bought both a Baby Brooks Kingsnake and Cinnamon Ball Python here about a year ago, excellent genetics, Better selection of products and prices than other mom and pop shops.Random addition..... not sure why so many people compare mom and pop shops to the big box stores, they are on different levels. Different types of business etc.”
“This is the best place for gourmet cat treats! We got a ton of freeze dried treats for my cats and they loved it (chicken giblets, mussels and rabbit). It was so refreshing to see a pet store with so much to offer for cats since places are mostly catered for dogs. It also happened to be my cats birthday when we stumbled upon the boutique and got to buy him a custom birthday hat!! Definitely will be coming back”

“Friendly employees who seem like they genuinely enjoy what they do and take the time to talk to you. I also appreciate that they are always giving out treats and samples for our kitty. They carry local cat grass, the fancy dry food our Siamese requires, and the wet food that has become the only way he will take the medicine we need to give him. In addition, there are great sales and discounts on a regular basis. Thank you, Pet Food Express!!”
“This location is smaller than the Campbell location, but has the same great customer service and friendly, very helpful staff found at every P.F.E. I've been to. Additionally, we've been taking our dogs to use the self serve dog bath stations here for years. The staff here have always been very helpful whenever we needed assistance with the baths, towels, and when we needed to find certain treats or other dog products.Pet Food Express routinely has the best quality food products for our picky, very well cared for German Shepherd (and previously our collie as well). We always come here for the Rawbble.”

“I was nervous about becoming a kitten parent but Rene put me at ease by patiently answering my many questions and letting us meet the kittens! We are SO happy with our new addition - she is not only striking and beautiful but also the sweetest, smartest little thing. What I really appreciated with Rene is that it’s clear he really cares about his cats - he even followed up after we took our kitten home to check in on her progress and make sure she was settling in okay. Overall had a very positive experience!”

“As far as the Petco store goes, I think this one is the best. The service partners at the front desk/cashier are always friendly. I want to give a big shoutout to the grooming service folks though. In particular, Teyerra usually takes care of my dog and she does a very good job and adores my big goofy dog. Highly recommend this store especially their glooming service!!!”

“We have a Golden Retriever and a standard Labradoodle that we bring here for the grooming. We follow our groomer, Vicky, wherever she is. She is the BEST and our dogs LOVE her. Coco has extreme separation anxiety when apart from Bella and he is better there they do their best to accommodate him and relieve his stress. They are so kind and understanding. Not to mention both dogs come home looking fabulous and happy. Highly recommend this location.”

“This store has a ton of large fish breeds and insanely large fish. There's a decent amount of community fish. They seem to be a $1-2 more than a big box store. Unlike a big box store they don't have dead fish in every other tank. The fish also seem to be more mature.
I asked for 6 zebra danios. I told her there's a couple leopard danios in the bag. She said no the purple stripped ones are zebra. I said I know but that one has no stripes and I don't think that one does either. She said they were so I took her word on it. Turned out I got 4 leopards and 2 zebras but the store was too dark to tell.
Update I was able to take the leopard danios back and get zebras. For the hassle I was given an extra zebra.”
