These guys are hands down the best place to take your BMW in the state of CA maybe even the whole US. Any time Ive ever had anything Greg and his team at Performance Dynamic took care of everything. These guys are BMW doctors and I wouldn’t trust anyone else to work on my car. If you have a BMW and you need anything literally anything Performance dynamics got you covered. Add me to the already long list of credible 5 Star reviews. I brought my boss's car here after finding out it is owned/operated by former BMW factory trained technicians. My boss is CEO so I have no room for error. Polar opposite experience from the shop I went to in our area that she instructed me to go. Performance Dynamics diagnosed/repaired defective on board monitor and radio control unit before I even arrived to restaurant to have lunch. When you are paying labor by the hour it is a huge advantage to work with a shop that truly knows what they are doing. It is an old school trait called "competence" that is getting harder to find.Wyatt at front desk is their Ace in the hole. He himself knows and understands BMW's. He has one himself and has passion about the automobiles. I was shocked to know he is not one of the technicians because man oh man, he understands these cars inside out.I live in Burlingame but more than happy to make the drive to Mountain View for this level of knowledge and expertise. Have been back several times, they are spot on accurate with diagnostic skills.

The team at Performance Dynamic is both knowledgeable and honest. Greg, Wyatt and the team have always done great work whether it's for routine maintenance or installing upgrades to my car. They're definitely the go-to shop for BMW enthusiasts in the Bay Area.

Changed tires at other body shop yesterday and they just jeopardized my car!! Heat shield touched drive shaft for no reason and I can hear the squeezing sound when I’m driving. Let Greg take a look today, he quickly fixed it. Just let professional people do professional things, Bimmers! Greg didn’t charge me for this 15 minutes quick fix. Thanks! You are my hero!

My 2012 Audi S5 was overheating. I took it to a mechanic in Santa Cruz and they quoted me double the price that Performance Dynamic did. They did a fabulous job, followed up to make sure I was happy with the work they did. the car has never been so good. They were honest, reliable trustworthy and went above and beyond in service to my car. I would recommend them 100 times over. I tell everybody what a great job they did since I got my car back two weeks ago.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement

If you have a BMW, this is the spot to be for any service or repair requirement. Was speaking to both Greg and Wyatt, both are super competent and know exactly what to do when it comes to Bimmers.Skilled and fair, you can rely on their assessment of what needs to be done and what doesn't.Took the time to walk me through the entire process and helped by answering all my questions, no matter how stupid they were (new to CA and the specific restrictions in the state, so really appreciated the help). Very friendly people and great service.

Stand up folks at performance Dynamic. Had my E60 serviced and was throughly satisfied. Courteous and attentive service from Gregg and Wyatt. They explained all the issues they found and don’t try to pressure you into any repairs. Fairly quick turnaround time. I was recommended Performance Dynamic by a friend when I bought my M3 and could not recommend a performance BMW shop more. Their attention to detail, customer service, and reasonable pricing have made me a loyal customer. While they will certainly find everything that is not quite right with your car, they also are realistic and will recommend what is needed and what is not. Greg and the Team at Performance Dynamic are amazing and the only place in the Bay Area where I would take my 2013 BMW 135is. It's a special car that takes extra attention to detail and knowledge to be cared for correctly. Greg and the team provided a ton of advice, and walked me though everything he thought we should do to the car to make it perform at a high level and be reliable. Prices were as expected for a shop of this level. Their billing and communication system was very easy to use, and I could see my bill online in real time as services were being added to the quote. I was also able to text with them to discuss the car in real time. From general maintenance to full blow modified race car style setups, Greg and the team at Performance Dynamic are the only place to take your car. I even put a sticker on my window! Got into contact with Greg at PD about 3 years ago. First thing was clean and organized shop along with very honest and knowledgable work. PD is the only place that touches my car now and they have always kept the outstanding work first priority. I dropped off my vehicle to replace rod bearings and to perform an inspection.Performance Dynamic was able to pinpoint all items that needed attention and was able to recommend services/repairs on the vehicle with no pressure.
