Alicia and team were remarkable! My second time working with this team and we had live cotton candy at our sons first Birthday party and it was a hit! I highly recommend them, the friendliest sweetest group to work with.

Extremely rude and unprofessional! Called because I had a client looking for a margarita machine for a party they are hosting. I asked the person who answered how their day was going after saying hello and their response was what do you want I'm in a conference call. I'm sorry for interrupting you during business hours if your were busy then you probably shouldn't pick up the phone. I told them I just needed info on a margarita machine then they said again I'm on a conference call to call later. I will not be sending my client there I can only imagine the type of service they provide is this is how they manage their phone calls!

They got me out of a pinch at the last minute for my son's birthday party and even delivered it to me! I will definitely rent from them again! Really great, courteous service and super quick too.

This is the place to rent your party equipment. We've rented several margarita machines from April, who is a pleasure to work with. We support local small businesses and this one is a gem.

My daughter wanted a cotton candy machine for her birthday last minute, so I called 2 days in advance because I knew that was short notice and wanted to make sure it wasn't booked and that I could still book it. I spoke to a lady who assured me that I could still book it who then referred me over to the website to complete the reservation. Once I filled out the reservation request it mentioned that it was just a request and that they would follow up with me to confirm. Today is the day of the party and they have not called or emailed me to confirm , I have been calling ever hour with no response. I wish they would have just told me that it was unavailable so I could have booked elsewhere. Do not book with this company as they are not professional.

I rented a double margarita machine this past weekend. While we had a leak on one side, the other was fine. I let that team know about that leak right away, they offered to bring a new unit out, but I said no we will figure it out and they indicated they would provide a credit for the inconvenience. When we returned the unit they were genuinely concerned about the failure (leak) and asked what I felt was a fair credit for them to issue. They did agree with the my proposal on the credit and I left very satisfied even though the margaritas were a bust. Takeaways: The party was awesome and I can't thank the team enough for listening, understanding and provide an outcome favorable to both of us. In a year nobody will remember one side of a margarita machine leaking, but they will remember a fun night which included frozen drinks! 5 star customer service and totally recommend them.
