This review is for the shop in little neck. We ordered a birthday cake on Wed. and would pick it up on Friday morning at 9am. Friday night at 7pm we went there to pick up our cake, and after searching around, they discovered that my order was shipped to another place, and we were told to come again Saturday. So today Saturday, supposed they should call and let us know the cake was ready, but I had to call them and make sure that. Then I went there and picked it up, not even an apology from them. Last night we had a birthday party without a birthday cake. Will not go again. And tonight, we tasted the cake, so bad, all of us agreed that it was the worst cake we ever had, even the Costco ones were better. It was so hard that it like it had been made and stood there for a at least a few days already. We paid more than $50 dollars for such a bad experience.

I visited Paris Baguette at 3561 El Camino Real #75, Santa Clara, CA today around 4:15 pm. While there, I noticed a customer purchasing a cake, and her unique choice of shoes caught my attention. To my surprise, the same customer returned the cake later, and the staff accepted the return. Subsequently, I witnessed the cake being placed back in the fridge for resale, which left me perplexed and concerned. While I understand that the front staff may be young and possibly lacking in experience, my primary worry lies in the decision making process of the manager. I noticed the front staff seeking permission, presumably from the manager, before accepting the return. Despite my inquiries, the manager did not show up.It worries me that a cake was put back for sale. What if the customer had tampered with it in some way?I believe it is crucial for Paris Baguette to review and reinforce its training procedures for staff specifically MANAGERS in cases involving the return of food products.

This is also the worst location I've been to also! I ordered something to be heated and it came out cold (and tasted bad) and they wouldn't refund/exchange the item. I also ordered an iced green tea that wasn't even made when I asked 10 mins after paying. Who doesn't make c basic iced tea in advance? And the worst part was the quizzical blade looks of the young female staff who were kind of clueless and unhelpful. There were very few customers in the store at 9 am Sunday morning.

Staff need to be more friendly and greet costumers. Some photos of the seating area are very old and do not reflect the current arrangement nor the type of chairs or tables.

Having visited other Paris Baguette locations, I went out of my way to go to one in Santa Clara. Found the bakery in a dismal shopping center. The store interior looked sad like it was living with leftover furnishings from a previous business. The staff were not welcoming. I could have overlooked all that, but putting a sugar glaze on a croissant and a petit pain au chocolat - that was just too much. Will not be coming back.

I went to the shop early morning and ordered coffe Mocha and the 2 guys there doesn’t know how to make it. Instead of informing me some how they make it. I just ask them less sugar. From the shop itself I tasted and it was full of sugar and I just kept the coffee and left. My recommendation coffee maker should have at least minimum experience

I have been coming to this store for years now and today’s experience was pretty sad .. food is great as always but customer service is pathetic. Young girls are serving up front and have zero respect in the way they served me today. It was almost like take your food and leave .. no please and thank you .. very rude .. will not be coming to this location anymore .

This location is worse bakery in America with lowest level of customer service. When you order a coffee seems you are asking them a favor and they making your coffee with lots of attitude and in the end they are giving you a watery and no taste coffee.

Food is good but the employee felt like they would have rather not have us and just relax. The complex is also pretty stranded

Love this location very much, but the food court in the plaza and the Korean grocery store to the far right have closed/shutdown. Many Korean owned retail businesses and food stalls are gone. Entrance door to the mini mall has been sealed. It really kills the previous surrounding vibes. On the bright side, there's plenty of parking spaces in the lot now. Not much foot traffic here nowadays. You'll feel how dead the plaza has become during lunch hours on weekdays these days. Not the retailers or restaurants fault. Not many Koreans walking around either. Jang Su Jang Restaurant attracts the bulk of working class customers in the plaza these days. Even the noodle place to the far left is dead. Not as exciting as it used to be. I still came in for a good summer cucumber fresh drink, fruity mini croissant, blueberry cream pastry, and a pistachio donut. Delicious. Missed these days of just relaxing or having a cup of coffee/mocha/latte. Best items are still the rainbow cakes and chiffon cakes. I still enjoy their mini sandwiches. It's as fresh as their first day of opening. Working class customers are still at tables during break time chatting & working together. Not many locals visiting though. Things do grow even more expensive by the day. Cashiers always provided excellent customer service and keeps the place well maintained/clean and organized. They were still very motivated and inviting here. I really wish the grocery store down a few doors was still around. It was a great place to walk around before and after meals here. Food court always attracted my previous visits over five years ago. I used to bring international colleagues and friends here.Is the place still worth visiting? Absolutely. They still have a great selection of pastries, tarts, macarons, cakes, breads, sandwiches, beverages, etc. Everything looks beautiful. No lines on a Tuesday afternoon. Must love. Fill up your own water and grab your own napkins from their back counter area. It's still a great place to catch up with people for a good break or relaxing downtime. Maybe I will come back for those egg tarts and other donuts next time. I was always a fan of all beautiful Paris Baguette cakes. Cakes aren't cheap these days. Just under $50 for a whole cake and over $7 per slice now.

I've been a huge fan of Paris Baguette for many years so I was thrilled to find out that there was a location across the way from the hotel that we were staying at. They still have a great assortment of French pastries but my personal favorites will always be the cheesecake and the cream puffs. My kids both chose a slice of cake (one was chocolate ganache and the other was a strawberry) both were amazing as expected. The location leaves a little to be desired though. A little strip mall that has seen better days. That, plus the cashier was a little snooty. Other than that, the pastries were great as always!

Pastries here are good, same quality as other Paris Baguette locations. The coffee however, is a different story. It can be terrible or okay depending on who prepares it. I’ve been to this location several times and 95% of the time I order an oat milk latte it tastes bad and they don’t even froth the milk at all. Overall, if you want good coffee don’t come here.

So glad that a coworker led me to this place. Always feel like I am back in Europe when I step foot in here. I have only had a couple pastries but everything has been excellent so far. Their espresso is good too, very strong. They are open till 9 which makes this a go-to spot to hang out and get work done when needed.

This is probably the worst location I've been to. We went here after going to Chili's on Wednesday night and two teenagers were working at the time. They were too busy giggling and carrying on to acknowledge us. I mentioned that there was a puddle on the ground twice (because I slipped in it) and one of the girls (who was working the floor next to me) was too busy wiping down an empty shelf to mop up the puddle. We got the cream puffs and some other pastry cream filled items and everything tasted mushy and spoiled. The items here are rancid and the staff doesn't have any interest in customer service. Management needs to address this.

Awesome service, super helpful with allowing me to place orders ahead of time. Got 2 berry tarts for my boyfriend's birthday and didn't disappoint! Love the cozy coffee shop vibe!
