I had booked an appointment with Dr.Parikh to discuss results of my MRI. Reached at 8.55 AM for a 9 AM appointment. I waited till 10.15 AM and still hadn't met the doctor with no information about when I could meet him. I just got platitudes on how the doctor will be with me soon. This was also not the first time I was made to wait beyond a reasonable timespan. Every appointment I have had here was delayed. They do not value our time at all. I had to take time off from my work to meet the doctor and had to leave without the consultation. And it looks like this is a regular feature with this clinic going by other reviews. They were also ridiculously expensive for the treatment they provided me. I would never go back again.

Worst experience ever for the annual exam. They don’t have in house lab and they will call for minor checking and send back to schedule an appointment with 3rd party lab where it takes another a week to get an appointment.. when I called back and expressed my disappointment they were least concerned and asked me to show to some other clinic. Please don’t waste your time with them.

I went for a annual physical and the attention wasn’t great. You can look for better options. I waited for more than 15 mins for the doctor to arrive. I have done physicals years before with other doctors who were more attentive to hearing and addressing my concerns while this one was dismissive only sending some lab work and asking to set up an appointment with a gynecologist. I wouldn’t recommend at all, this was basically an intro session rather than a proper annual physical. Never going back again

DR. Rajput was very kind and thorough. I came in for a hernia check and realized I have a fatty liver. I appreciate her kindness too as I'm scared of doctors and she made me feel at ease. Can't wait for my follow up appointment next week.

Dr Parikh is very knowledgeable and friendly with patients. He is one of your best well wisher when it comes to your health. His new clinic facility is just awesome! I whole-heartedly recommend Dr Parikh for a great personal health care.

As always, the environment is quaint and welcoming. Dr. Parikh does a really good job at listening to your worries/concerns. Providing as much feedback and detailed explanations will help him understand the patient better and find the best possible solution.

No value for your time! Late always and please don’t visit this health center during work hours , you will be stuck as they are always late(including the video visit).Never going there anga ! Also just keeps recommending PT. Charges exhorbitant fees for video visits too!!!! Beware there are better doctors .There billing department appears confusing so be ready to deal With the back and forth and hassle around the payments!

Dr. Sapna Rajput is one amazing doctor. She is very thorough and listens to all the concerns patiently. Im very impressed. The clinic staff is also prompt in responding and its very easy to schedule/cancel appointments. They also have the option of online/video visits for patients that cannot make in-person visits happen.

Dr Neesheet has no idea how to manage patients. They setup appointments and make them wait for hours. This happens in both in-office and telephone appointments. You can’t reach anyone in the office to give you any idea about what’s happening.They are very good with charging patients before the appointment but never show up for the appointment.Just go somewhere else.

Went to this clinic for my immigration exams and I regret! They took my blood pressure, it was high and I usually don’t have it at that high like never, told them that and they didn’t think about checking it again trying another arm or anything, after leaving the clinic checked at another place and there it was the normal blood pressure I usually have. Wondering if their device needed to be adjusted. After that they ask me some blood work and when I got to the lab they told me to go they hadn’t send my order over 3 days later. We had to call them several times in order to get the right information I needed for my labs. What was supposed to be a 20 minutes visit to the lab became over an hour. All because this clinic messed up in all ways possible.

Dr Rajput is a forward looking doctor, with deep medical experience and empthay for patients. Honestly she is an inspiring modern woman with great professionalism and humility. When she treats her patients it reflects that and one feels empowered from her advice.

An Introductory Leaflet with the list of professionals and their specialty services shall be useful for Newcomers like us !! At around 1.45 PM we were about 10 persons in your reception area. Felt more like India But I enjoyed it !!!

Visited Dr. Sapna Rajput for my yearly checkup - she was very attentive to my concerns, ensured appropriate tests were ordered and results were clearly explained. Upon getting the results, Dr. Sapna guided me with practical solutions for my health issues. Highly recommended!

Dr. Parikh really listens to health-related concerns and addresses them immediately. Very organize health-consulting procedure - always with assistants taking down notes. Impressive! I never had a primary care physician like him.
