Staff is rude. Not helpful only focused on recovery. I asked for a fitting room at 8:03PM, and the guy working explained to me they close their fitting rooms at 8pm. Even though they close at 9. Didn’t give anyone a warning or anything. I just wanted to try on a pair of pants.. never going back

Oh my gosh! Zoey is AMAZING!!!! I live in Georgia, and I wasn’t due to fly in from Atlanta until 12/1/2023. There was a jacket that I needed, it wasn’t in stock online in my size, but they had a smaller size in the store. I asked Zoey (oh my gosh girl if I spelled it wrong I am so sorry lol) if she was able to see if there was a large. At first, the computer inventory said that they had a few, and she was almost sure that they had more. She stayed on the phone with me, went in the back to see if they had it. She definitely had to search for it, but what stuck out to me the most was her patience. Anyone else would’ve said that it wasn’t available, or just wouldn’t take the extra 3 minutes to just look for this item. She was very polite, kind and sweet! You’re the best Zoey! Thank you so much from the east coast!

Very busy and full of cute clothes! However I had such a disappointing experience with an employee there today. Around 4-4:30 PM, a male employee with curly hair was working near the fitting rooms was rude to my sister and I. I didn’t know nor was I informed that one person can only be in the fitting room. A few moments after my sister and I entered the fitting room, the employee banged on the fitting room doors. I was in complete shock by the loud noise and that an employee would do that. I didn’t realize that he was referring to my sister and I. A few moments after, he did it again, except he added, “don’t make me repeat myself” with attitude! I cannot believe that Pacsun has employees who handles situations in this manner. It took me awhile after this to realize that he was referring to my sister and I. I was such in disbelief that he would come and approach us in that way, especially when the employee failed to inform the store policy beforehand. I understand that today the store was very busy and it might’ve been exhausting as I’ve had my fair share of working in retail, but this employee’s remarks and actions were unnecessary. I hope Pacsun can do a better job in training their employees on how to help their customers or even creating a friendlier environment for their customers.

I went on a Thursday and there was a good amount of helpful staff and it was not so busy. This was the best pac Sun I’ve been to and the music makes me want to come back..

I had no idea what this brand is and would not have entered had not my teen dragged me in to look for something for her friend's birthday. I felt the employees were unfriendly. I am the type if you are nice to me I probably would buy something but if you are not, you won't see me again. So buh-bye.

They closed at 8:00pm on Friday while the website says it closes at 9:00 pm and every other store in this mall closes at 9. Also they don’t allow to use fitting room claiming low staff ?They said the buss hours are 11-7 ?

Was here ten minutes before closing and they locked the door and Deana said it was due to computer system being done yet she asked if I needed to make a return when I called. My question is how was she going to be able to make a return but not allow a purchase? Also they had no problem opening the door for another person as we walked away..

it's bs i have to click in at one star to fo a review of this pkace. my pet peeve no fitting room due to low staffing. its like a restaurant running out of food! ridiculous! convenient is not part of client service anymore!

I was purchasing a top because thought it was adorable but it ended up not having a tag. The new employee here needed help so he asked for help from a coworker. They kept searching on their phone took 5-7 minutes to search top. The coworker cursed while helping his new employee. That coworker said it's 32 something which was standard. But having a customer wait 5-7 minutes and hearing cursing is not necessary. I WOULDN'T WANT TO SHOP IN THIS KIND OF ENVIRONMENT. I later found out that this coworker is the manager. ALSO with this kind of mess up I would have expected a discount. One it's time wasted two it was already lost merchandise since it didn't have a tag. The manager honestly made it awkward and a horrible experience. I'm writing this review bc ultimately I like shopping and I want a good experience this processes with this manager was unwarranted. The manager cursed under his breath I WOULDNT BUY here again if the environment of the staff is like this... I will just go to other shops with better service and professionalism. I don't need negative shopping experiences when shopping is supposed to be relaxing. Please work on staff/management mannerisms and quick decision making.

I came in here because my daughter had purchased a shirt and we needed to return it. Usually returns are met with frustration but Tony not only made us feel totally comfortable with having to return her item we ended up making a better purchase so the return became a purchase. She was so spectacular with us. Her customer service is the golden standard. She is a very effective manager too.

Staff is rude and snobby just because they work for pacsun when the brand name isn't even what it used to be. One opened the fitting room for me and almost slammed it on me so I had to tell him to not close it on me. It's just a retail store, relax.

Love clothes, but a bit pricey. Love how there are many brands. Small store, so you most likely would have to wait outside for a few minutes. I saw many people complain about customer service, but there wasn’t any problem for me.

They won’t open the door for me . It’s 8:30 and they close at 9:30. Came all the way to return something
